ATYPICAL PRESENTATION OF LUNG CANCER IN A YOUNG PATIENTLung cancer is the leading cause of death from cancer in men. The diagnosis may be delayed if atypical lesions are the first presentation. Subcutaneous nodules of the scalp may represent metastasis from various tumors. Small cell cancer of the lung, though rare, might be considered when lesions are found. In the case presented here, the evolution of the lesions and the young age of the patient suggested an effective approach that led to the diagnosis.
