Hydroponics is a method of planting without using soil media by utilizing water. The problem occurs when the farmer cannot control the water used in hydroponic. Therefore, we need a system to monitor the amount of water used in the hydroponic planting system. This service activity aims to develop and implement a hydroponic monitoring system based on IoT. This activity was carried out by students, followed by several accompanying lecturers. It aims to assist partners in measuring water content, temperature, and water pH in hydroponic plants. One of the business unit partners for this activity is SMEs engaged in hydroponic agricultural cultivation at the Science Technology & Industrial Park (STIPARK) NTB. This community service activity was held for four months. From the process of analyzing partner problems, they were testing the STIPARK management and hydroponic SME business partners and the community who later needed a hydroponic monitoring system based on the Internet of Things so that information could be received in real-time. This product can help hydroponic SME business partners know the level of water levels or nutrients, monitoring water temperature and water pH to help farmers increase crop yields from hydroponic cultivation.
This study aims to preserve the Takepan Sasak manuscript, studied and known by the public. This study uses evaluative methods and Kvisoft Flipbook Maker software. The process stages consist of data collection, analysis, digitization, testing and experimentation, and evaluation. The results of this study are in the form of a Sasak Takepan Manuscript flipbook which is expected to be accessed by the public digitally in a 3-dimensional model.
One of the cultural heritages in West Nusa Tenggara, especially Lombok, is takepan (lontar ancient manuscripts). Takepan written on leaf sheets of Lontar is known as the jejawan script (derived from ancient Javanese). local adaptive[1] adaptively setting thresholds for each pixel can behave better than the global method in degraded and damaged document images. Adaptive binarasi can also reduce noise when segmenting text from the background. The process of determining the threshold value works on blocks in the image. Images that have contrast and lighting variations that are very difficult to solve as background or background because there are a lot of pixels, this recommends using Local Adaptive Thresholding. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that adaptive thresholding and morphology with dilation approach help maximize image readability with the highest PSNR value reaching 34,107 dB. In further research can be developed using feature extraction so that it can recognize the character of the letter in takepan.
Kamus naskah Lontar (Takepan) Sasak online yang tersedia saat ini belum cukup memadai untuk dapat menjadi rujukan bagi masyarakat yang ingin mempelajari bahasa sangsekerta karena terbatasnya kontributor dan stagnannya kontribusi. Di sisi lain, penutur aktif naskah Lontar (Takepan) Sasak yang terekspos dengan internet tersedia dalam jumlah yang belum memadai. Mekanisme crowdsourcing berbasis wisdom of crowds diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Makalah ini menyajikan rancangan kerangka sistem crowdsourcing kamus naskah Lontar (Takepan) Sasak online. Rancangan kerangka ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan pengembangan kamus naskah Lontar (Takepan) Sasak online yang baru. Dan adapun tujuannya adalah menjaga kelesatrian nilai -nilai budaya masyarakat sasak seperti nilai hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan dan nilai hubungan manusia dengan sesama. Adapun data pendukung dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kajian pustaka terhadap berbagai referensi tertulis. Data-data itu kemudian dianalisis untuk mendukung kajian ini. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam pengembangannya dapat mempermudah masyarkat dalam mempejari dan mengkaji melalui media online tentang kamus naskah lontar (takepan) Sasak. Jadi kesimpulannya adalah bahwa dalam rancangan kerangka sistem crowdsourcing kamus naskah Lontar (Takepan) Sasak online diperlukan adanya pengembangan dengan tujuan untuk memperbaharui sisi kekurangannya, dan juga mempermudah pengguna yang ingin mempelajari dan mengkaji serta menterjemahkan aksara sansekerta melalui media online.
