Covid-19 has become a global pandemic that infects humans all over the world. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables are the workload of work from home, economic status, work environment, and the dependent variable is the level of stress during the Covid-19 pandemic for civil servants at the Baubau City Health Office. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design, the population is 75 civil servants, the sample is drawn using the total sampling technique, the research time is carried out in February-March 2021. The data collection is through primary data, namely questionnaires and secondary data. Data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, using chi-square test by reviewing the p-value test if < alpha (α = 0.05) then it is said to be meaningful. The results of the statistical test showed that the variables related to stress levels during the Covid-19 pandemic were the work from home workload variable (p=0.044<α=0.05), the economic status variable (p=0.048<α=0.05), and the work environment (p=0.033<α=0.05). The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between the workload of work from home, economic status, work environment and stress levels during the Covid-19 pandemic in civil servants of the Baubau City Health Office. It is hoped that the Baubau City Health Office will continue to pay attention to the welfare of employees who continue to work during the current Covid-19 pandemic and can accept the obstacles/difficulties of tasks experienced by employees by opening consultation services during routine meetings as a means of channeling anxiety experienced by employees.
Efforts prevent spread Covid-19 can be carried out with strict health protocols and carried out by all levels society. Data from Wajo Health Center showed many as 202 cases Covid-19 and there are 2 cases death in 2021. Increase in cases Covid-19 is caused not complying with health protocols recommended by government. Purpose study was to find out description behavior in form washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds, and reducing mobility in implementation health protocols effort to prevent Covid-19. Type of research used is descriptive observational. Research population is entire community totaling 18,532, sample amounting to 391 and side method used is cluster sampling. Research data collection consisted primary data obtained by questionnaire and secondary data obtained from report notes Wajo Health Center. Data processing is done computerized using SPSS program. Analysis used is univariate analysis, namely to see appearance frequency distribution each variable studied. Results univariate analysis showed that 59.6% had poor hand washing behavior, 59.6% had less mask wearing behavior, 55.8% had less social distancing behavior, 55.5% avoided crowd behavior who are lacking, and 57.5% have behavior of reducing mobility that is lacking in implementation health protocols as an effort to prevent Covid-19. Conclusion shows that there is still a lack community behavior in implementing health protocols effort to prevent Covid-19 in work area Wajo Health Center, Baubau City. Suggestions for need to increase awareness, willingness and behavior from the community to implement health protocols effort to prevent Covid-19.
The place of birth is one of the factors that can affect the psychological condition of the mather. The choice of the right place of birth and birth attendants wil have a direct impact on maternal health. The are at least two choices for a place to give birth namely at the mother’s house or in the health care unit. The study aims to determine the behavior of pregnant women in choosing a place of birth in the work area of the Sorawolio health center, Sorawolio sub-district, Baubau city. The type research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. With a population of 218 pregnant women who were drawn the sample size using the Michael fan Isaac formula to 68 respondents. The sample in this study using the Accidental Sampling method. Collecting data through primary data using questionnaire and making direct observations and secondary data. Collecting data through primary data using SPSS version 21 with univariate data analysis. The results of the statistical test found that the behavior of pregnant women choosing a place of birth in the working area of the city of Baubau Sorawolio, most of which had sufficient knowledge, as many 79,4%, positive attitude as much as 67,6%, but respondents had less action as many 52,9%. The conclusion of this research is the behavior of pregnant women in choosing a place of birth seen from the aspect of knowledge that is enough, and the attitude aspect is positive, but the aspect of action is still lacking. It is recommended for pregnant women to check their pregnancy routinely in terms of health and to choose delivery at a health facility
Occurrence diarrhea in toddlers cannot be separated from role behavioral factors that maternal behavioral interactions. Data from Sandi Health Center in 2020 showed that of 314 toddlers there were of 65 toddlers who experienced diarrhea. Purpose study was to find out the description of mother's behavior in form exclusive breastfeeding, hand washing habits, use clean water, selection children's playgrounds, and management children's feces in preventing diarrheal diseases in toddlers. Type of research used is descriptive observational. Population and sample in this study were 60 families, sample amounting to 60 families and side method used was total sampling. Research data collection consisted primary data obtained by questionnaire and secondary data obtained from report notes Sandi Health Center. Data processing is done computerized using SPSS program. Analysis used is univariate analysis, namely to see appearance frequency distribution each variable studied. Data was analysis by univariate approach 78.3% have good behavior in exclusive breastfeeding, there are 83.3% have good behavior in washing hands, there are 100% have good behavior in use of clean water, there are 73.3% have good behavior in selection of children's playgrounds, and there are 68.3% have good behavior in management of children's feces as an effort to prevent diarrhea in toddlers. Conclusion shows that mothers have good behavior in preventing diarrhea in toddlers in Sandi Health Center District Wakatobi Regency. Suggestions in form need for increased education to the community about efforts to prevent diarrhea especially in toddlers.
