Background: Based on interviews with 20 families who live in Tirawuta District, it was found that 11 people (55%) had never received counseling from health workers about the importance of using healthy latrines, 5 people (25%) could not provide latrine facilities, and 4 people (20%) said that for latrine needs, the mosque is located next to the house. The purpose of this study is to understanding the relationship of knowledge and health worker's support with latrine using in Tirawuta Sub-District, East Kolaka District. Methods: The research used quantitative method through a cross sectional study approach. The population of this study were all of the household heads who live in Tirawuta Subdistrict, Kolaka Timur Regency, namely 3,964 heads of households. A sample of this study were 94 people with a sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Result: Based on the results of the X 2 statistical testcount= 36.191> X 2 Table= 3.481 and the value φ = 0.620 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that there is a relationship of knowledge to the achievement of access to latrine use. X 2 count 20,821> X 2 table 3,481and the value φ = 0.471, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus there is a relationship between support from health workers and the achievement of access to using latrines in Tirawuta Subdistrict, Kolaka Timur Regency. Conclusion:There is a relationship between the knowledge and support of health workers and the performance of using latrines in Tirawuta Subdistrict, Kolaka Timur Regency.
Kepuasan kerja adalah kondisi pada tingkat yang dirasakan seseorang atas peranan atau pekerjaannya dalam sebuah organisasi. Jadi secara umum kepuasan kerja menyangkut psikologis individu didalam organisasi, yang diakibatkan oleh keadaan yang ia rasakan dari lingkungannya. PUSKESMAS sebagai pusat kesehatan masyarakat yang bersentuhan langsung dengan masyarakat merupakan ujung tombak pemerintah dalam bidang kesehatan. Selanjutnya aspek sosial adalah segala hasil aktivitas yang meliputi hubungan manusia dengan alam disekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian in adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai Puskesmas dan menganalisis hubungan aspek sosial dalam pekerjaan dengan kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengginakan literature review yang dipadukan dengan metode Importance-Performance analysis (analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja/kepuasan) dan kuantitatif. Hasil yang dicaoai adalah dapat mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan bekerja pada PUSKESMAS berdasarkan pada kebijakan yang ada. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa terdapat Hubungan Aspek Sosial Dalam Pekerjaan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Puskesmas Kata Kunci: PUSKESMAS, Kepuasan Kerja, Importance-Performance analysis
Introduction: Incentives really need to be given to Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, providing incentives for Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in the working areas of the Waode Buri and Kulisusu Health Centers based on the North Buton Regent's Regulation on Procedures for Providing Incentives and Strengthening the Capacity of Integrated Healthcare Center Cadres. Thus, researchers need to research the relationship between incentives and the performance of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres to increase the visits of children under five to the Integrated Healthcare Center. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The population of all Integrated Healthcare Center cadres is 110 people with a sample of 87 respondents, the sample is drawn using simple random sampling. Result: The chi square statistical test at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) shows that the p value = 0.000 because Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means there is a relationship between incentives and the performance of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, with a value ofj=0.513 indicates a strong relationship. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between incentives and the performance of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in increasing visits for toddlers to the Integrated Healthcare Center in the working area of the Waode Buri Health Center and the Kulisusu Health Center, North Buton Regency.
Background:From the preliminary study by the researcher with the inpatient nursing department through in-depth interviews, there were problems such as complaints from patients who were in pain, there were nurses who did not come immediately and provide nursing care. Through interviews with nurses, it was found that career development procedures had not been prepared in nursing management. In addition, there are nurses who are several times late more than the stipulated time. Then there are still complaints that the incentives received are still insufficient. Methods:This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population was 257 all nurses in the inpatient room at Bahteramas Hospital, with a sample of 141 samples using simple random sampling. Results:Using the cramer coefficient, it is obtained a value of 0.732, this shows the strength of the relationship between leadership style in work and job satisfaction of nurses. And the cramer coefficient is obtained a value of 0.620, this shows the strength of the relationship between leadership style in work and job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient room at Bahteramas Hospital in the strong relationship category. Conclusion:There is a relationship between leadership style and working conditions on the job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient room of the Bahteramas Hospital.
Background:The increasing of number of patient visits every year and the ratio of bed usege must be comparable to satisfied employees. However, this has not been in line with the satisfaction felt by employees at the Konawe District Hospital. The purpose of this research is to learn factors related to employee satisfaction at the Regional Uum Service Agency Regional General Hospital, Konawe Regency Hospital. Methods: The study was a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design.The population in this study were all employees at the Bombana District Hospital,namely 157 people. The number of samples in this study were 210 people. The sample was determined by simple random sampling technique. The data were processed using thechi square test. Result: The results of the study using the chi square test show that management is significant towards employee satisfaction (X2cal. . = 33,925> X2tab =3,841), education and training are significant to employee satisfaction (X2 cal. = 39,230> X2tab =3,841. Conclusion: Management is related to employee satisfaction and education. training is also related to employee satisfaction at Konawe District Hospital. However, reward is not related to employee satisfaction.
