ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Kesamben yang terletak di Kecamatan Ngoro Jombang. Masyarakat sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Pemuda-Pemudi Karang Taruna Desa Kesamben. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan, 1) pengetahuan terkait produk makanan dari olahan pisang dan cara memasarkannya; 2) pelatihan penerapan teknik atau metode untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian menggunakan; Observasi, digunakan untuk mengetahui permasalahan dan kondisi awal tempat pengabdian; Perencanaan, merencakanan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan di lokasi pengabdian Pelaksanaan, melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian sesuai yang sudah di rencanakan antara lain; 1) penyajian informasi dengan ceramah berkaitan pengetahuan umum jenis pisang dan nilai gizi pisang; 2) Praktek pembuatan makanan olahan produk makanan berbahan dasar pisang, peralatan dan bahan tambahan makanan yang digunakan dalam pengolahan pisang; 3) tanya jawab untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait kegiatan pelatihan, 4 Refleksi, untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepapada masyarakat ini dapat; 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemuda pemudi karang taruna terkait potensi, cara pengolahan pisang, dan cara memasarkannya; 2) membuat produk dari buah pisang berupa nugget pisang dan bolu pisang kukus. Kata kunci: pelatihan; produk; pisang ABSTRACTCommunity Service Activities are carried out in Kesamben Village, located in Ngoro Jombang District. The target community for this service activity is the Youth Youth Organization of the Kesamben Village. This activity aims to provide, 1) knowledge related to banana-processed food products and how to market them; 2) training on the application of techniques or methods to produce quality products. The method of implementing service activities uses; Observation, used to find out the problems and initial conditions of the place of service; Planning, planning activities to be carried out at the service location. Implementation, carrying out service activities as planned, including; 1) presentation of information with lectures related to general knowledge of banana types and the nutritional value of bananas; 2) The practice of making banana-based processed food products, equipment and food additives used in banana processing; 3) questions and answers to solve problems related to training activities, 4 reflections, to find out the success of the implementation of training activities. The results of the training activities show that this community service activity can; 1) improve the knowledge and skills of youth and youth related to the potential, how to process bananas, and how to market them; 2) make products from bananas in the form of banana nuggets and steamed banana cake.
