This study is an empirical study which aims to examine the impact of MGNREGA in generating employment to poor in selected districts in India. Data have been collected through personal interview and analyzed with the application of linear regression. The analysis of the data revealed that MGNREGA played a significant role in generating employment, increase in income and consumption of respondents in selected districts in India.Int. J. Soc. Sc. Finance is the basic factor which decides the existence and growth of a new startup. Crowd funding is rapid growing way of raising finance in India and that day is not so far when it will be abide with legal laws and regulations. Crowd funding is similar to the stock exchange where fund is raised from public through online mode but it is legally not authorized as stock exchange is. In India untapped market available for crowd funding and the need is to make it legal and streamline. In this paper I will discuss the process of crowd funding, different platforms and legal status of crowd funding in India.
People shift their buying from local retail stores to supermarkets, because of many reasons. This trend shift has not only been seen in metro cities but in small towns too. These change in perceptions of the customer insight the researcher and other stakeholder to study the reason behind it. This study tries to understand the demographic profile of the customers in Goa and compare the perception of customers towards supermarket and local retail stores. It has observed that people prefer supermarkets more as compared to the local retail store.
