This study examines the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the education sector in Indonesia. This study sees the Covid-19 pandemic bringing enormous changes in the world of education, starting from the curriculum, learning media, and the social behavior of teachers and students. This type of research is qualitative research. Data is collected from documentation. The findings of this study: first, the lack of mastery of technology is an obstacle in the educational process in the midst of a pandemic. Second, there is the problem of limited facilities and infrastructure. Third, the weakness of the internet network for online learning. This research contributes to two disciplines of education. With the case raised.
This research is to reveal that education is not only dealing with issues of intelligence and thinking, but it is also fully responsible for the development of students' character. Due to the said reason, it is important to explore such research considering that the mental situation of this nation is clearly correlated with the spirit of national education which has been value free. Our educational philosophy is indeed intellectual, but our learning strategy is no longer concerned with the mental, moral, and developmental aspects of enlightening thinking skills. The national education curriculum and methodology are designed only to fill the mind with a series of knowledge and do not provide enough opportunity for the growth of an enlightened human being. Al-Qur'an for Muslims is not a mere a religious scripture, but it is also indeed to be an enlightening guide to find some basic principles of education which can then inspire in developing a qualified education. This study uses the Qur'anic literature method as well as a descriptive and qualitative research with a library research approach by analysing Qur’anic verses. This article analyzes the signs of al-Qur'an as the basic framework for building a liberating and enlightening education.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui data-data empirik mengenai pengaruh kreativitas dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional terhadap data-data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian yaitu guru SMK Manba’ul ‘Ulum Cirebon. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 109 responden guru SMK Manba’ul Ulum Cirebon. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket/kuesioner. Jenis analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa korelasi dan regresi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kreativitas terhadap kinerja guru SMK Manba’ul Ulum, Cirebon yang tunjukkan dengan besarnya nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,708, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) 50,1 %. Bentuk hubungan ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 18.981 + 0,791X1, yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor kreativitas akan mempengaruhi peningkatan skor kinerja guru sebesar 0,791. Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Manba’ul Ulum, Cirebon yang tunjukkan dengan besarnya nilai koefisien korelasi antara kedua variabel ini (r) sebesar 0,855. dan koefisien determinasi (R2) 73,2%. Bentuk hubungan ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 10.457 + 0,893X2, yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor kedisiplinan akan mempengaruhi peningkatan skor kinerja guru sebesar 0,893. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kreativitas dan kedisiplinan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Manba’ul Ulum, Cirebon yang tunjukkan oleh nilai probabilitas (sig.F change) = 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). Nilai koefisien korelasi antara kedua variabel ini (r) sebesar 0,875. dan koefisien determinasi (R2) 76,6 %. Bentuk hubungan ditunjukkan dengan persamaan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 3.633 + 0,278X1+0,720X2, yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor kreativitas (X1) dan kedisiplinan (X2) secara bersama-sama akan mempengaruhi peningkatan skor kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 0,998.
This study examines the concept of Islamic education with the paradigm of liberation and educating in the Quran. Islam which is based on the Quran has verses relating to education and the spirit of liberation. In addition to explaining universal principles, the Quran also presents historical figures as lessons. In general, Islamic education idealizes the birth of educational output that frees itself from the lusts that pollute the soul and frees its people from various kinds of social problems, such as injustice, economic inequality, discrimination and oppression. This type of research is library research. The approach used is an educational approach. His analytical theory uses hermeneutics and liberation education. The findings of this study: first, the verses of the Quran can be grouped into; verses of education and verses of liberation education. Second, Islamic education with a liberation paradigm must be in the form of practice, with a real social contribution; besides that it must also be based on the value of devotion and worship. This research contributes to the study of the interpretation of the Quran as well as the discipline of Islamic education, by presenting the category of verses of the Quran about education with a liberation paradigm.
