This work addresses the need for teacher training in which socio-cultural differences in the current scenario are considered, aiming to achieve a broader view of what is called interculturality, in which the foundations of ethics and otherness are present. , seeking the construction of an egalitarian educational context, with the strengthening of respect for the human person, regardless of their condition of race, gender, ethnicity, based on the assumption that equality is made, among other prisms, in respect for diversity. By choosing methodologically the qualitative research, more specifically the bibliographic review, the relevance of the theme was presented so that one can have the awakening to a new thinking of the teacher and, consequently, a new way of carrying out actions, which deserve be guided by a citizenry, capable of giving a new meaning to the current educational, political and social conjunctures.

O presente artigo pretende demonstrar a relevância da Análise de Conteúdo como técnica de interpretação de dados nas pesquisas de forma geral e, mais especificamente, na área educacional. Realizou-se, assim, uma pesquisa exploratória sobre a temática, com uma revisão sistemática dos estudos que se valeram do método na área educacional entre 2015 e 2019. Os dados foram colhidos por meio de um levantamento bibliográfico em três bases de dados: Scielo, Portal da Capes de periódicos e Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD). Seguindo-se este percurso, foi possível traçar um panorama da importância da técnica e de seu uso ao longo do período analisado. Com isto, evidenciou-se a importância da análise de conteúdo em pesquisas educacionais para análise de dados qualitativos.

O presente artigo visa a analisar as ideias centrais de Gadamer, mais especificamente sua Hermenêutica Filosófica, buscando a articulação desses postulados com a educação. Para tanto, é feito um resgate em torno do surgimento da educação, trabalhando-se, ainda, noções gerais dos primórdios da Filosofia e da chamada Filosofia da educação, enfatizando os principais fundamentos gadamerianos e suas possíveis interligações com o cenário educacional atual, tentando, assim, instigar a reflexão em torno das potencialidades pedagógicas da hermenêutica filosófica na busca de alternativas para alguns problemas visualizados no processo de ensino-aprendizagem contemporâneo.

The present study aimed to analyze whether, at the Federal University of Alagoas, Campus A.C. Simões, institutional student assistance policies, more specifically referring to the University Residence, capable of ensuring, in a scenario marked by diversity, respect for the values ​​of equity and respect for the human person, in the particular case of students with gender and orientation deviant from heterocisnormativity. As a theoretical-methodological option, this research adopted a qualitative approach, with emphasis on literature review and document analysis. For the analysis of the data found, Bardin's Content Analysis (2016) was chosen. As main results, it was inferred that, although there is a work already started in the mentioned educational institution on the subject in question, it is necessary to adopt more specific actions, defined organically within the university, to ensure greater effectiveness. of the rights of this student audience.
