The aim of this research is to know the important role of the entrepreneurship education program in the school institution. Entrepreneurial trait is needed in any fields of work regarding to the technology development today. Thus, entrepreneurial education needs to be applied in any levels of education as it has an important role for preparing skillful and creative graduates. This study focused on the interesting phenomena of the school effort in integrating entrepreneurship to other subjects and also the application of the entrepreneurship in Satya Wacana Christian Junior and Senior High Schools Salatiga. This study was done by qualitative approach through snowball sampling technique. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation of the participants who understand the information and central phenomena. Research data analyzed by the analysis of the domain from Spradley. The result of the study showed that entrepreneurship education had an important role to improve the entrepreneurial knowlegde and skills. The integrated education, either in the learning process or in the school entrepreneurship education program, increased the entrepreneurship understanding, character, and behavior. This study is significant because it gives a contribution the schools and students to understand the importance of entrepreneurship education.
Establishing entrepreneurial character is pretty much essential to be taught in educational institution. This could even be given from the elementary level of education since it is a lifelong learning of an individual. The purpose of this research is to analyze the establishment process of entrepreneurial charac ter in students through the implementation of learning activities based on project. Research is based on interesting phenomena, creativity, innovation, and self-confidenc e in taking risks in students in the entrepreneurial learning process that has to do with product creation and entrepreneurship in schools starting from elementary education to secondary education. This research was conduc ted with qualitative methods using snowball sampling with data collec tion techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and also data triangulation to validate the collected data. Data analysis used analysis techniques from S pradley through domain analysis and semantic relationships. The results showed that the process of learning ac tivities based on the project can shape the character of students' entrepreneurship according to the level of education. Charac ters in elementary school students were independent, creative, honest and disciplined. Junior high sc hool formed entrepreneurial c harac ters such as: S elf-sufficient, c reative, responsibility, cooperation, hard work, risk-taking and communicative. While high school students formed characters of selfsufficient, c reative, responsibility, cooperation, hard work, brave to take risks and communic ative, leadership and success-oriented.
This paper aims to find the effort of internalizing competence and entrepreneurial character of student in Satya Wacana Christian Elementary School and Juniour High School. The method used is a qualitative study through interview, observation and documentation, using data analysis from Spradley by analyzing of domain and its semanctical relation. The results showed that the internalization of entrepreneurial competence and character had been applied through leadership activities so as to form the character and leadership skills of students. This study has implications for the school's efforts to give full attention for students to play a role in leadership activities and to provide support through a curriculum that supports the internalization of entrepreneurial competence and character. E-learning is a learning that USES technology and can be done anywhere at any time. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the application of online learning during the covid pandemic at sman 2 salatiga. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This type of research is a descriptive analysis model that describes the problem. The data-collection technique that researchers use is observation, the kind of observation used in this study is passive participation. Passive participative observations are made by observation but do not participate in these activities. Interviews, the kind of interviews used were structured interviews. Documentation is used to study data that has been collected. The results of this study indicate that the online learning program at SMAN 2 Salatiga has been effective from a cognitive perspective, but from an affective and psychomotor perspective it has not been effective. Because learning is not just providing material and assignments, but how educators teach factually, inquiry of all material. So, with the CIPP evaluation on online learning, the school can evaluate each policy that is determined (feasibility).
ABSTRAKKantor sebagai tempat dan proses dalam melaksanakan kegiatan administrasi suatu organisasi guna mencapai tujuan tertentu. Administrasi sangat penting peranannya karena sebagai pusat informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan maupun pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan. Penelitian ini bermuara pada keadaan ruang kantor yang dijadikan sebagai tempat dalam kegiatan administrasi dan semua jenis pekerjaan kantor di sekolah. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memiliki makna dalam manajemen tatanan ruang kerja yang dapat menunjang efisiensi kerja pegawai khususnya staff tata usaha sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penataan ruang kantor dalam menunjang efisiensi kerja pada ruang tata usaha SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. Deskripsi penataan ruang kantor dinilai berdasarkan; (1) Penataan ruangan secara umum, (2) Penempatan staff tata usaha, dan (3) Pengaturan peralatan dan perabot kantor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penataan ruang kantor yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga tidak menunjang efisiensi kerja. Penataan ruang kantor belum memenuhi tujuan penataan kantor seperti memudahkan gerakan pegawai dari penyimpanan arsip, mobilitas staff dalam melewati lorong utama untuk akses jalan, dan kelancaran proses pekerjaan bersangkutan. Serangkaian pekerjaan dalam prosedur kerja harus melewati berbagai rintangan seperti dokumen, arsip, dan barang-barang yang berserakan dan tidak sesuai dengan tempatnya, jarak yang sempit menghambat proses pekerjaan. Hal ini menjadikan gerakan yang berlebihan karena penataan yang kurang efektif. Selain itu, penataan meja dan kursi kerja staff yang terlalu rapat menghambat jalannya pekerjaan karena membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga dalam berpindah untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan tertentu. Beberapa kondisi lingkungan fisik kantor seperti kondisi udara, pemerataan cahaya, beberapa perabot memiliki warna yang sudah memudar serta sumber suara yang belum memberikan kenyamanan dan kepuasan staff dalam bekerja. Hasil penelitian tersebut memberikan gambaran bahwa penataan ruang kantor kurang diperhatikan oleh berbagai pihak sekolah karena dianggap sudah baik dalam penataan ruangan kantor. Kesepakatan bersama dalam menjaga dan mempertahankan keindahan ruangan kantor hendaknya menjadi tanggungjawab yang harus dikerjakan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan kantor.
