This study discusses the impact of trauma in Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency, which has been hit by a natural disaster, namely an earthquake that has damaged environmental conditions and traumatized people in the area. Therefore, mental/emotional recovery is needed so they don't fall into fear. Not only children, but also adults will be traumatized by the natural disaster. Adults can be nurtured and given training not only to get rid of their trauma but how to train adults to be responsive and alert if disaster strikes again and how to take action and attitudes to achieve life safety. The purpose of Trauma Healing Guidance is for victims to be able to think positively when remembering the traumatic event. The writing of this journal article uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach, which is to describe in depth what is objectively in accordance with the results of observations in the environment affected by the earthquake. Coaching is done by directing adults to adjust to their fears (think positive), motivate them, invite them to do daily routines. Therapy that can be done in the form of behavior or attitude therapy, mental therapy, and action therapy as well as counseling. In a biblical perspective, in Proverbs 3:25-26, worship is carried out to maintain human spirituality, including adults.
