The paper investigates research into the ESP teachers' role in relation to different teaching methods and students' role in e-learning within the Moodle LMS. The number of definitions to e-learning, multiple terms and concepts, which focus on technological aspects and educational process of learning, and reflect authors´cultural, educational and institutional backgrounds were reviewed. In the current technologydriven environment, the role of the ESP e-learning teacher (tutor) is multidimensional and challenging, as there is a great demand for new tools and learner-centered learning approaches. The utilisation of computers will influence the way how teachers teach and students learn, and it will be up to the teachers to make use of the Internet in ways that match the pedagogical goals.
The paper deals with the comparison of results of students in the lessons of Business English e-learning course with face-to-face teaching at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the CULS in Prague. E-learning as a method of instruction refers to learning using technology, such as the Internet, CD-ROMs and portable devices. A current trend in university teaching is a particular focus on e-learning method of studies enhancing the quality and effectiveness of studies and self-studies. In the paper we have analysed the current state in the area of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) e-learning research, pointed out the results of a pilot ESP e-learning course in testing a control and an experimental group of students and results of questionnaires with views of students on e-learning. The paper focuses on the experimental verification of e-learning influence on the results of both groups of students. Online study material supports an interactive form of the teaching by means of multimedia application. It could be used not only for full-time students but also for distance students and centers of lifelong learning.
217Basic company's sources and the elements of evaluation have a very old history. The usage of information technologies substantially speeded up the realisation of single company operations, but actually the essence of management has not changed. in reality, there are the basic principles on which any successful company must be based. The principles according to which the success of any company is judged can be set according to its demands. criteria can be various -short-term profit, long-term profit, market share or ratio indicators -return of investment (roi), Free cash Flow (FcF), the index of customer satisfaction, frequency of repeating purchases, costs for education, number of improving proposals. Some technical indicators can be used as an evaluating criterion -for instance the share of administrative work realised by the means of modern information technologies, the number of contacts with business partners realised by means of the most modern information technology. however, the evaluation of the firm must be unambiguous. Quality data and information are necessary for the overall evaluation of the firm. The quality of the documents is fully dependent on the quality of the company's data and information, then on the information system quality. The information system of the company is fully dependent on the human factor, it means on the managers of the company and on the ability of users to use the system. The contribution solves the issue of the management of information and communication technologies and information systems in the chosen sample of a company. Knowledge and information systemsZnalosti a informační systémy E. Šilerová, L. Kučírková Faculty of Economics and Management, Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague, Czech RepublicAbstract: We can see that the today's management level of informations is not quite fully controlled in most businesses. nowadays generation of information systems creates support for business processes with the aim of optimalization of these processes on the bases of experiences with similar business processes. Today's information systems are at the level of data management or information management. Quite a few manage information processes in the area of tactical and strategic planning and almost no one manages processes in the areas of gathering, distribution and sharing of knowledge in business. We can say, that investments to the information technologies do not guarantee the successful way to the management of information and knowledge in business.Key words: information technology, communication technology, internet, information system, data, information, knowledge Abstrakt: V současné době není ve většině podniků plně kontrolována úroveň řízení informací. informační systémy vytvá-řejí podporu pro obchodní procesy s cílem optimalizovat tyto procesy na základě zkušeností s podobnými obchodními procesy. Dnešní informační systémy jsou na úrovni řízení dat nebo řízení informací. Málo z nich řídí informační procesy v oblasti taktického a strategického plánování a téměř...
The use of stimulation preparations seems to be a promising means for mitigating the effects of abiotic and biotic stressors. Their significance includes plant organism stimulation and metabolism optimisation, water regime, and nutrition during periods of stress. They help bridge it over and create conditions for rapid regeneration. In a field experiment, the effect of the application of stimulation preparations on cultivars Triticum aestivum L. with different genetic composition was evaluated (donor of blue aleurone colour KM-72-18; donor of a multi-row spike (MRS) KM-94-18). Our results show a predominantly positive effect of the application of stimulants on the yield and thousand-grain weight (TKW). The results obtained were influenced by the year, based on different temperatures and precipitation. Higher yields were achieved in 2020 with higher total precipitation during the grain filling period and with a higher maximum quantum yield of the photosystem II (Fv/Fm). In 2019, this period was significantly dry and warm, which was reflected in a lower yield and TKM, higher proline content in the leaves, and lower Fv/Fm values. In both experimental years, there was a higher yield of the cultivar with blue aleurone (KM-72-18). In the case of cultivars with coloured grains, the promising use of the content substances in cultivars as natural means of increasing resistance to abiotic and biotic stressors seems to be promising.
In this literature review, we have concentrated on the topics connected with our research, such as ESP e-learning (online learning), lifelong learning, e-learning within the learning management system, autonomy, interaction and e-learning course effectiveness. Our findings in the field of ESP e-learning are based on bachelor works, diploma works and dissertations, on conference proceedings such as ERIE (Efficiency and Responsibility in Education
