Latar Belakang: Nutrisi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi air susu ibu (ASI).Volume ASI yang kurang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kegagalan ASI eksklusif. Biji kelabat (Trigonella foenum graecum) dan jantung pisang batu (Musa balbisiana L.A.Colla) merupakan tanaman lokal Indonesia yang mengandung galactagogue dan berpotensi meningkatkan volume ASI. Sediaan cookies dengan penambahan tepung biji kelabat dan jantung pisang batu dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif camilan bernilai gizi tinggi untuk ibu menyusui. Tujuan: Mengetahui potensi cookies biji kelabat dan jantung pisang batu terhadap peningkatan volume ASI. Metode: Sebanyak 45 responden dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu postpartum di Klinik dan Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB) wilayah Sleman. Sampel diambil secara acak dengan blok permutasi. Desain penelitian menggunakan double-blind randomized control trial posttest only control group design. Kelompok perlakuan mendapatkan cookies dengan penambahan tepung biji kelabat dan jantung pisang batu, sebanyak 80 gram per hari. Kelompok kontrol diberi cookies tanpa substitusi kedua tepung tersebut. Perlakuan diberikan selama tujuh hari. Volume ASI diukur pada hari ke-3, ke-5, dan ke-8 setelah mengonsumsi cookies. Data dianalisis dengan uji Friedman dengan post-hoc Wilcoxon dan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan volume ASI yang bermakna antara kelompok intervensi yang diberi cookies biji kelabat dan jantung pisang batu dengan kelompok kontrol (p<0,05). Perbedaan volume ASI setelah pemberian cookies biji kelabat dan jantung pisang batu ditemukan antar setiap pengukuran. Kesimpulan: Cookies substitusi biji kelabat dan jantung pisang batu dapat menjadi alternatif cemilan untuk ibu menyusui karena peranannya dalam meningkatkan volume ASI.
Kadar prolaktin yang kurang pada ibu menyusui dapat menghambat proses laktogenesis, akibatnya produksi ASI menurun hingga menjadi salah satu penyebab kegagalan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Jantung pisang batu (Musa balbisiana Colla) menjadi salah satu tanaman yang dapat meningkatkan kadar prolaktin karena adanya efek galaktagog serta kandungan flavonoid dan polifenol yang mampu memengaruhi sistem endokrin dan fungsi hormon untuk merangsang sekresi air susu. Pengembangan jantung pisang batu dalam sediaan teh yang praktis dikonsumsi dan terstandar dapat menjadi salah satu olahan alternatif guna meningkatkan kadar prolaktin serum. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi teh jantung pisang batu dalam meningkatkan kadar prolaktin serum. Sebanyak 60 responden dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu menyusui kurang dari 6 bulan di Wilayah Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta. Sampel diamil secara acak dengan blok permutasi. Desain yang digunakan yaitu single blind randomized control trial pretest posttest control group. Kelompok intervensi mendapatkan teh jantung pisang batu sebanyak dua kantong teh per hari (@2,5 gram) yang harus dikonsumsi selama tujuh hari, sementara itu kelompok intervensi diberikan teh (Camellia sinensis). Kadar prolaktin serum diukur sebelum konsumsi di hari pertama dan setelah konsumsi di hari ke delapan menggunakan analisis biokimia darah VIDAS. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Uji Mann Whitney, karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Terdapat perbedaan kadar prolaktin serum yang signifikan anatara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol (p<0,05). Ibu menyusui yang mengkonsumsi teh jantung pisang batu selama tujuh hari berturut-turut mengalami kenaikan kadar prolaktin serum sebesar 30,85%. Teh jantung pisang batu memiliki efek galaktagog yang dapat meningkatkan kadar prolaktin serum selama masa laktasi.

The COVID-19 pandemic is creating global disruption, every area of life is touched. One area that has an impact, is breastfeeding, which is caused by nutritional status and nutrient adequacy during the pandemic, this condition affects prolactin release. Prolactin hormone stimulates and initiatiates of milk secretion. Midwives employed in maternal-child settings play a pivotal role in facilitating and supporting lactating mothers. This study aimed to identify and analyze the nutritional status and nutrient adequacy against serum prolactin levels in lactating mothers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sixty lactating mothers from Sleman Regency and Yogyakarta city participated in this cross-sectional study. All were between 0-3 postpartum months. A single blood sample was collected from women at 7-9 am. Serum samples were stored at 2-8⁰C before the prolactin assay by using VIDAS®. Data analysis using Kruskal Wallis followed by Post-Hoc Mann Whitney. Results found a statistically significant difference in serum prolactin levels between underweight vs normoweight and normoweight vs overweight (p0.05), but there was no significant difference in serum prolactin levels between underweight vs overweight (p0.05). Significant differences in serum prolactin levels also found in the nutrient adequacy (energy, carbohydrate, protein, and fat) (p 0.05). Thus, normoweight and adequate macronutrient during breastfeeding in the COVID-19 pandemic situation had better serum prolavtin levels than underweight, overweight and inadequate macronutrient.

Social media as a new media for health promotion is a belief. The approach method used for community service is community empowerment. Empowerment by building a photo booth as a means of health promotion by the community by utilizing consumables. Consumables that are used are goods collected from the Waste Bank in the Ponggalan-Karangmiri community. Photo booth with health messages that have been built titled "Pokoke .... Aku Siap Dadi Suami Siaga" and " Kamu Ingin Sehaat, Jagalah Kebersihan Lingkungan " and Gemari “Gemar Makan Ikan”.
