Whether the digital economy can effectively promote agricultural green development is crucial to the realization of agricultural rural modernization. This study empirically analyzes the impact of the digital economy on agricultural green development and the mechanism of action based on panel data of 30 Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2020. The results reveal that (1) the digital economy can significantly improve the green development level of China’s agriculture; the dividends in the eastern region and central region are significantly higher than that in the western region, and there is regional heterogeneity. (2) The role of the digital economy in promoting agricultural green development has a nonlinear characteristic of increasing “marginal effect.” (3) The digital economy has a significant spatial spillover effect, which can have a positive impact on agricultural green development in the surrounding areas. (4) The construction of “Broadband Countryside” can improve the development of the rural digital economy and indirectly promote agricultural green development. This study deepens our understanding of the internal effect and interval relationship of how the digital economy enables agricultural green development and provides the theoretical basis and practical suggestions for optimizing digital facility construction and high-quality agricultural development.
A potent antitumor CD4(+) T-helper cell immune response is created by inducing tumor cells in vivo to a MHC class II(+)/Ii(- )phenotype. MHC class II and Ii molecules were induced in tumor cells in situ following tumor injection of a plasmid containing the gene for the MHC class II transactivator (CIITA). Ii protein was suppressed by the antisense effect of an Ii-reverse gene construct (Ii-RGC) in the same or another co-injected plasmid. The MHC class II(+)/Ii(- )phenotype of the tumor cells was confirmed by FACS analysis of cells transfected in vitro and by immunostaining of tumor nodules transfected by injections in vivo. Subcutaneous Renca tumors in BALB/c mice were treated by intratumoral injection with CIITA and Ii-RGC, in combination with a subtherapeutic dose of IL-2, to up-regulate the activation of T cells. Significant tumor shrinkage and decrease in rates of progression of established Renca tumors were seen in the groups injected with Ii-RGC, compared with groups in which only IL-2 plus empty plasmid controls were injected. Our method provides an effective immunotherapy warranting further development for human cancers.
The design of various hierarchical and morphology ZSM-22 zeolite catalysts is attempted through the post-treatment of different concentrations of NaOH and subsequently, deals with HCl solution including fluosilicic acid (H2SiF6)...
Data analytics can be used by universitiesstudent and learning data. By leveraging on data analytics and dashboards, universities and schools can become more proactive in profiling students and anticipating their needs, personalizing approaches to supporting students in academic distress and optimizing the allocation of university’s resources to efficiently and effectively counsel these students. In this paper, we outline the analytics framework that can be used on student data to derive insights, to readily observe and predict the students’ academic progression and performance, to characterise the academic risk of the student, and to identify the at-risk students at an early stage. With the early alert system in place, these students can then be counselled and rendered student support to be lifted out of the at-risk zone.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
