Gender equality and women's representation in Indonesia's political development are crucial issues that have become endless problems for Indonesia. The gap in representation between women and men is seen in the low percentage of women political participants who occupy positions in the DPR RI. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the role of women in political development in Indonesia and to determine the factors that influence the low involvement of women in the political sphere. This study uses a qualitative method based on the philosophy of positivism with a documentation study approach that obtains sources of information through texts, manuscripts, and previous research. Based on the results of documentation and literature studies, it is known that women's participation in Indonesia is still quite low even though the government has issued a law that regulates women's representation in political parties. The results show that the problem of the gap in the participation of women and men in political development in Indonesia is caused by the feminine factors inherent in women, in order to overcome this, women need to improve their quality so that they can participate more in political development in Indonesia.
Upaya memperbaiki dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan seakan tidak pernah berhenti. Banyak agenda reformasi yang telah, sedang, dan akan dilaksanakan. Reformasi pendidikan adalah restrukturisasi pendidikan, yakni memperbaiki pola hubungan sekolah dengan lingkungannya dan dengan pemerintah, pola pengembangan perencanaan, serta pola pengembangan manajerialnya, pemberdayaan guru dan restrukturisasi model model pembelajaran. maka tujuan utama dari pengabdian tindakan sekolah ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan kompetensi paedagogik guru-guru di SD Negeri 1 Gunung Terang, yang tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan keguruan, dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi masing-masing pelajaran agar dapat menjadi acuan dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik mampu mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Dari Proses Penelitian Tindakan sekolah yang di lakukan di SD Negeri 1 yang berjudul Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru non Akademik dalan Penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran melalui Supervisi Akademik Kepala sekolah dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pada komponen perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru dari 59% pada siklus 1 menjadi 78% pada siklus 2. Pada penilaian kinerja guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran terjadi peningkatan indicator, dari 2 indikator yang terlihat pada siklus 1 menjadi 3 indikator yang terlihat pada siklus 3. Teknik supervisi kelompok yang dilakukan peneliti ternyata mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru non akademik dalan penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) melalui Supervisi Akademik Kepala sekolah
ABSTRAK Analisis logam berat Cu(II) dilakukan dengan metode voltametri pelucutan anodik gelombang persegi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas metode voltametri pelucutan anodik yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kadar logam Cu(II) dalam sampel kangkung air di muara sungai Badung. Elektroda glassy carbon digunakan sebagai elektroda kerja, Ag/AgCl sebagai elektroda pembanding, dan kawat platina sebagai elektroda pembantu. Parameter yang dioptimasi meliputi waktu deposisi dan laju pindai dalam larutan standar Cu(II) 500 ppb. Validasi metode ditentukan dengan menentukan rentang konsentrasi linier, limit deteksi, keberulangan pengukuran, dan persen perolehan kembali. Teknik voltametri pelucutan anodik kemudian digunakan untuk mengukur kadar logam Cu(II) pada sampel kangkung air.Hasil optimasi pengukuran kadar logam Cu(II) yaitu waktu deposisi optimum 60 detik dan laju pindai optimum 10 mV/detik. Pengukuran validitas larutan standar logam Cu(II), rentang konsentrasi linier larutan 50 ~500 ppb dan memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi 0,9983. Limit deteksi 35 ppb, keberulangan pengukuran memiliki rasio Horwitz kurang dari 2, dan persen perolehan kembali 99,35% ± 0,4526. Hasil pengukuran sampel tanaman kangkung memiliki kandungan logam Cu(II) sebesar 4,0 ppm. Berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan batas maksimum cemaran logam dalam makanan untuk logam Cu(II) adalah 5,0 ppm. Oleh karena itu dapat diketahui bahwa kandungan logam Cu(II) tidak melebihi kadar maksimum yang diperkenankan. The aim of this research is to know the validity of square wave anodic stripping voltammetry method for determination of Cu(II) in water spinach from the estuary of Badung river. Glassy carbon, Ag/AgCl, and Pt wire electrodes were used as working electrode, reference electrode and counter electrode, respectively. Optimized parameter involved the deposition time and scan rate in standard solution Cu(II) 500 ppb. Furthermore, the validation method was examined by determination of linear concentration range, limit of detection, repetition of measurement, and percent of recovery. Moreover, the result of validation was used for observing of heavy metal Cu(II) content in water spinach. The result of optimum deposition time is 60 s. Meanwhile, the scan rate optimum is 10 mV/s. Measurement for standard solution 50 ~ 500 ppb on linear concentration range, with correlation coefficient 0,9983. Limit of detection is 35 ppb, repetition of measurement for metal has Horwitz ratio less than 2, and percent recovery of Cu(II) measurement is 99,35% ± 0,4526. The measurement of Cu(II) content in the water spinach sample contain Cu(II) 4,0 ppm. Based on Decree of Directorate General for Drug and Food Control, the treshold line for Cu(II) contamination for food is 5,0 ppm. To gain the good labor demand, the government should care about the quality of its teenagers. The government must give the teenagers some labor/work to gain the maximum quality of moral ethics integrity and capability to work. In this case, some teenagers don't care about the phenomena of hate speech. It becomes viral on YouTube when a Pakistani boy had been doing the hate speech to Indian girls. This research will elaborate the form of hate speech and the action of reception messages of hate speech among the teenagers from the global perspective. The result of this research was divided into two basics finding, they are: (1) the main form of hate speech, such as: the provocation for violence, the provocation for hatred, and the provocation for discrimination and (2) the reception messages of hate speech among the teenagers, such as: dominant, negotiable, and oppositional. When the teenagers still had a mutual understanding about the norms of Bhineka Tunggal Ika to avoid the hate speech, they will be the light future of nation to get the readiness of the best quality of labor demand in Indonesia.
