National strategic transformation puts forward higher requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction in energy enterprises. Under the low-carbon perspective, energy enterprises should seize the opportunity and combine their own conditions to realize energy conservation and emission reduction while ensuring the development quality of enterprises. This paper constructs a development quality evaluation system for energy enterprises, which includes four first-level indicators including customer dimension, environmental protection dimension, social responsibility dimension and financial dimension, and 18 second-level indicators, providing reliable basis for high-quality development of energy enterprises.

The era of low-carbon puts forward higher requirements for information transparency of listed companies. This paper analyzes the quality of financial information disclosure of listed companies as the content, and determines the quality evaluation system of financial information of Chinese listed companies under the background of low-carbon. The system has three first-level indicators of "timeliness", "authenticity" and "integrity", ten second-level indicators and nineteen third-level indicators. Then combined with the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to calculate its weight, a listed company financial information quality evaluation index model was constructed, which provided a reliable basis for listed companies to improve their competitiveness in the low-carbon wave.

In recent years, China's Internet finance has been developing rapidly. Compared with the traditional financial industry, Internet finance enjoys advantages of low cost, high efficiency, wide coverage and rapid development. At the same time, China's Internet finance has a large risk hidden danger. Starting from the characteristics of Internet finance, this paper analyzes the current situation of Internet finance, analyzes the risks of Internet finance, and puts forward some financial management countermeasures and risk prevention mechanisms to promote the development of China's Internet finance industry in a better and faster way.

Low-carbon auditing plays an important role in the development of low-carbon economy as an important means of monitoring energy conservation and emission reduction. Constructing a low-carbon audit evaluation index system will help achieve the goal of low-carbon audit and promote the development of low-carbon audit. This paper uses AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to determine key impact indicators and build a low carbon audit evaluation model.
