The high unemployment rate is certainly different from the goal of SMK, which should be a ready-to-work workforce. It is influenced by the lack of employment opportunities and the weak competence of graduates in the field of expertise. In addition, qualified educators are needed so that they can improve students' competencies and skills. This study aims to analyze the competency needs of vocational students for the world of work. This alternative can be seen from the curriculum used by Vocational High Schools and the competencies produced by the needs of the world of work oriented to the standards of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework. This type of research is qualitative. The method used in this research is the Mixed Method, by combining quantitative research and qualitative research. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the respondent achievement level (TPR) with the Milles and Huberman model. The results of this study indicate a weakness in the competence of SMK graduates to the competence needs of the world of work, with a percentage gain of 45.61%. These weaknesses appear in the skills possessed by students to the needs of the world of work. It means that there is a need for improved analysis to be in the good and excellent categories in the future. The competence of SMK graduates can refer to the competency needs that exist in the world of work and reduce unemployment at the SMK level.
This research aims to find out the implementation of work attitudes based on the business world, the industry, and the world of work in the curriculum used by vocational high schools, where the work culture is a work attitude that prospective workers must own in entering the workforce. The realization of this work culture is seen from several indicators such as the application of work culture needed in schools, the existence of Links and Matches with the needs of the world of work, interpersonal skills owned by students, and intrapersonal abilities possessed by students who are realized in the 5R work culture (Concise, Neat, Resik, Care and Rajin) that apply to the school curriculum. The method used in this research is the Mixed Methode method, combining quantitative research and qualitative research. The study was conducted using instrument questionnaires and structured and open interviews involving respondents from educational institutions and the world of work under the auspices of the Indonesian Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association. The data analysis technique used is the Milles and Huberman model Likert scale by looking at the percentage generated on the indicator of the competence of the world of work in the good category of 63.73%. But this must remain a thing that needs to be considered and maintained by vocational high schools to produce graduates of good character and a good working culture.
The rapid growth in internet users in Indonesia makes the e-commerce business increasingly fierce by business people. UKM I Sun Vera is one of the UKM that develops e-commerce marketing business of processed aloe vera products, but in the implementation of UKM I Sun Vera still experience some obstacles such as sales promotions carried out less than the maximum, less skilled labor, limited knowledge of applications or online business systems so that consumer purchasing decisions in e-commerce are low on the product I SUN VERA. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of aloe vera marketing mix on the purchasing decision of e-commerce UKM I Sun Vera. This study used a survey method with quantitative descriptive analysis namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.80 software. Sampling technique used on this research is purposive sampling, that involved 110 respondents. Data were collected through e-questionnaire with google form. The results showed that the variable marketing mix of products, prices and processes influence purchasing decisions. UKM I Sun Vera must pay attention to the nutritional content of the product on the packaging and add variety to the product uploaded in online marketing media. Sun Vera I SMEs must also pay attention to the affordability of product prices by making product innovations in various sizes and shapes and by adding online payment alternatives to facilitate consumers in terms of payment such as Dana, Gopay, Alfamart / Indomaret, Cash On Delivery and others.

This research is a research with a combination method that aims to optimize the implementation of soft skills based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in vocational education. The results of this study need to optimize the improvement of soft skills implementation in the era of revolution 4.0 in the realm of vocational education. Acquisition The results of quantitative calculations obtain the result that Intrapersonal Ability is as large as 54,13 % sufficient category and Interpersonal Ability obtained Respondent Achievement Rate of 65.65% is in the Good category. The results of optimizing the implementation of ICT-based soft skills in vocational teachers in the 4.0 revolution era with a percentage of 59.89 are in the sufficient category. The ability of a teacher interpersonally includes the teacher having good responsibility in the process of carrying out tasks at school, the teacher has good integrity, and the teacher has confidence in himself and others. Meanwhile, the interpersonal skills possessed by the teacher include the ability to adapt to others or colleagues and others at school, have the ability to negotiate with others, be able to work with teams and have a leadership spirit. In addition, efforts that can be made to optimize ICT-based teacher competencies can be done by increasing the Role of Teachers using digitalization in the Revolutionary Era 4.0 by providing challenges to teachers in developing professionalism and pedagogical competence of teachers in schools and increasing Teacher Competence in Mastering Learning Strategies by trying to connect science and technology into everyday life.
