The focus of this research is to see if there is a correlation between religiosity and emotional control in parenting of single mothers. There is a link between religiosity and emotion control, according to the hypothesis. The respondents in this study were 40 single mothers from Jombang. Purposive random sampling was utilized in this study as a sample technique. This study used a religious scale and an emotion regulation scale to collect data. Spearman's rho was utilized to analyze the data. Using Sperman's rho analysis, it was determined that r rho = 0.798 and sig. = 0.00 (p 0.01). This reveals that in single parent mothers, there is a significant positive relationship between religion and emotional regulation, with the higher the religiosity, the higher the emotional control. On the other hand, the lesser one's religiosity, the poorer one's emotional regulation. As a result, the study's hypothesis is accepted. This research aims to determine the competence of graduates in the S1 curriculum of PTSP UNY in 2020 from aspects of learning outcomes needed by the construction planner industry, knowing the relevance of graduate competencies in the curriculum with the needs of the construction planner industri and knowing the competencies of graduates based on industry advice that has not been listed in the learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and sample research using purposive snowball sampling method. Using questionnaire instruments with 55 question points. Data analysis is done with descriptive percentages. The results showed that the competence of graduates in the S1 PTSP UNY curriculum in 2020 judging from aspects of learning outcomes required by the industry consists of four aspects, namely attitude (10 competencies), knowledge (13 competencies), general skills (17 competencies), and specific skills (15 competencies the level of competency relevance of graduates in the 2020 S1 PTSP UNY curriculum on the four aspects of the criteria is very relevant. In the aspect of attitude 89%, knowledge 81.54%, general skills 85.53%, and specific skills 83.20% and additional competencies based on industri advice is able to master the survey results and existing conditions.Keywords: relevance of competence, S1 PTSP UNY, curriculum 2020, construction industri, and planners.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi lulusan pada kurikulum S1 PTSP UNY tahun 2020 dari aspek capaian pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan industri bidang perencana konstruksi, mengetahui tingkat relevansi kompetensi lulusan pada kurikulum dengan kebutuhan industri bidang perencana konstruksi dan mengetahui kompetensi lulusan berdasarkan saran dunia industri yang belum tercantum dalam capaian pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive snowball sampling. Menggunakan instrumen angket dengan butir pertanyaan sebanyak 55 butir. Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi lulusan pada kurikulum S1 PTSP UNY tahun 2020 dilihat dari aspek capaian pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan industri terdiri dari empat aspek yaitu sikap (10 kompetensi), pengetahuan (13 kompetensi), keterampilan umum (17 kompetensi), dan keterampilan khusus (15 kompetensi), tingkat relevansi kompetensi lulusan pada kurikulum S1 PTSP UNY tahun 2020 termasuk dalam kriteria sangat relevan. Pada aspek sikap 89%, pengetahuan 81,54%, keterampilan umum 85,53%, dan keterampilan khusus 83,20% dan kompetensi tambahan berdasarkan saran dunia industri adalah mampu menguasai hasil survei dan kondisi eksisting.
The research was to find out whether there is a relationship of health care workers' (symphatetic) caring behavior and the anxiety level of inpatients at Jombang Islamic Hospital. This study involved 50 inpatient admissions using a purpossive sampling technique. The independent variable (X) is the patient's perception of the caring behavior of healthcare workers while the dependent variable (Y) is the level of anxiety of the hospitalized patient. The results of the analysis using at the produced moment showed that r XY = 0.129 with p = 0.371 (p > 0.05) which indicates that the hypothesis is rejected. This means that there is no significant correlation between patients' perceptions of the benevolent behavior of health care workers and the level of anxiety of patients hospitalized at the Islamic hospital in Jombang.
