This study aims to analyze the Quality Control of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) Method at PT. Sapta Karya Damai, Central Kalimantan. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach and descriptive quantitative. The results in this study are 1) CPO deviation data using a check sheet, it can be seen that from 924 CPO sampling there were a number of samples that experienced deviations, the largest type of defect was in the free fatty acid (FFA) content ( 836), then followed by the water content. ( 405) and dirt (449). 2) Calculation using control chart X̅ -S there are data that are still outside the statistical control limits on free fatty acid (FFA) levels 3) Identification using a causal diagram (Fishbone Diagram) shows several causes of defects in free fatty acid levels (FFA) ), water content and dirt content. Recommendations in this study are 1) The company is expected to carry out more intensive supervision to be more thorough and disciplined. 2) The company must carry out preventive maintenance on machines and production equipment, make a better FFB reception area by providing a roof or protection for FFB. 3) The company's production management must pay more attention to each division of work of Human Resources in carrying out the production process starting from raw materials to production according to the SOP, so that the results are more optimal, production management should minimize the factors that cause high and low FFA, Moisture, and Dirty values to be in accordance with consumer desires and national standards, namely Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB), labor, machinery and equipment, methods and the environment.
This study aims to analyze quality control at CV. Batik Tulis Al Huda. This type of research is quantitive descriptive research. In this research, the sample used was the number of the defect in the batik tulis product at CV. Batik Tulis Al Huda in 2019. This research uses the Statistical Quality Control method with tools namely check sheet, histogram, control chart, Pareto diagram, and cause-effect diagram. The results showed that the batik production process still experienced irregularities or was out of control. The overall level of damage reached 3.93% of the total production. Factors that cause defective products are human error, procedures that are not carried out properly, and equipment that is not in good condition.
