Corruption is one of the Extra Ordinary Crimes because of the difficulty of proving the crime by law enforcement. In the enforcement and eradication of corruption crimes, there are several problems faced, one of which is in settlement of corruption crimes through juridical settlement, namely the existence of an evidentiary process that is considered complex in court and as minimal as possible does not damage the protection and honor of human rights. The United Kingdom and other European countries have used civil channels to return assets resulting from money laundering crimes, while Indonesia is still returning assets from money laundering crimes, meaning there is no return of any assets before a court decision. It takes courage from related law enforcement in the criminal act of money laundering by using the reverse burden of proof in the law of proving money laundering cases. This study aims to determine the application of reverse proof in corruption cases. This research uses normative legal research methods. The results of the study The application of reverse proof requires review because, in reverse proof, the defendant must prove that his property is not a crime of corruption. The application of the reverse proof policy is that most of the assets owned by the bribe giver are not in the name of the briber but have been suspected of money laundering to hide the original identity of the assets derived from the proceeds of corruption.
Dimasa pendemi COVID-19, berbagai aktifitas mulai dari bekerja, belajar, beribadah, hingga bersosialisasi dianjurkan dilakukan dari rumah sebagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus. Kegiatan KKN di Era Pandemi COVID-19 Kelompok Biru STAIN Sultan Abdurrahman Kepulauan Riau juga dilakukan berbasis pengembangan program dari rumah atau dikenal dengan istilah KKN –DR (kuliah kerja nyata dari rumah). Dengan demikian kewajiban kuliah dan upaya pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 sama-sama dapat terlaksana. Kegiatan pengabdian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dilaksanakan pada bidang perekonomian, pendidikan, dan sosial-keagamaan dengan menggunakan metode ADCB (Asset Based Community Driven Development) dan PAR (Participatory, Action Research). Dari hasil yang diperoleh, penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran online untuk membantu problem masyarakat di bidang pendidikan baik itu di sekolah dasar, menengah pertama dan atas serta taman pendidikan Al-Quran. Adapun aplikasi yang digunakan diantaranya adalah Google Form, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Ms. Office PowerPoint dan aplikasi Kinemaster. Sedangkan di bidang ekonomi telah menghasilkan kegiatan sosialisasi strategi pemasaran online berbasis pemanfaatan media sosial, program bantuan lembaga zakat dan pengurusan akte pendirian koperasi di notaris. Pada bidang terakhir yaitu social-keagamaan lebih menekankan pada pelaksanaan sosialisasi pengurusan perizinan penyelenggaraan walimatu’ursy ditengan pandemi dan pembelajaran Ilmu Tajwid secara virtual. Adapun output kegiatan terdiri dari Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Video Tutorial, Manual Book, Konten-konten edukasi berbasis pemanfaatan media online. Respon terhadap kegiatan sangat baik, terbukti dari ratusan views, likes, comments yang diberikan kepada penayangan kegiatan-kegiatan KKN-DR melalui channel YouTube dan media sosial lainnya (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp).
