In this paper, a design sample of rubber support base of battery pack is analyzed and verified. The status and response of the sample under the actual working scene are simulated and analyzed by using structural finite element simulation. The weak point position and local stress-strain index of the rubber support base are obtained, and the stress variation and fatigue life under two different types of mounting base are compared and analyzed. At the same time, the main failure modes of the rubber support base are verified by the durability test of the real samples and the microscopic characterization analysis of the fracture morphology, which are consistent with the simulation results. On this basis, the design and optimization suggestions of the rubber support base are put forward.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
