Education is an important factor in the development of science and the technology. Quality of service is an important element in the institution of education for the quality service of education that will produce high-quality graduates as well. The importance of service quality makes it a part of the Higher Education Quality Standards. Cadets Satisfaction to services is a benchmark to find out the quality of service at Medan Aviation Polytechnic. This research aims to determine the level of Cadets satisfaction to Medan Aviation Polytechnic service towards learning management standard services and standards for infrastructure facilities. The results of the study will be used as references in developing quality standards of Medan Aviation Polytechnic. The method used was Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, with a total sample of 44 people. Analysis of the data is done with test validity, reliability, planning matrices and matrix House of Quality (HOQ). Analysis results shows the level of cadets satisfaction highest is the dimension Realibility to value the satisfaction of 4.01 followed by the dimensions of Assurance with the value of the satisfaction of 3.98, then the dimension Empaty to value the satisfaction of 3.97 and then at Responsivness dimension with satisfaction value 3.95 and the last is Tangibility dimension with satisfaction value 3.92.
Protocol Zero Knowledge Proof is one of the protocols in Cryptography that has a fairly good level of security, because it applies the concept of "Truly Zero Knowledge Proof" which is not leaking any information. This protocol is used in the Fiat Shamir, Guillou Quisquater and Schnorr Feige Algorithms, all of which are Cryptographic Algorithms using private keys and public keys. In the Public key, all three of these Algorithms use a random number generator at the values p and q to get the public key. In this study, the author will generate a public key generation test using CPRNG (Cryptographically-secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator) with the Blum Blum Shub algorithm. The test will be conducted on the Fiat Feige Algorithm, the formation of the key will use the Blum Blum Shub Algorithm, but the Identification Protocol still uses the Fiat Shamir Feige Algorithm. The results of this study show the Feige Fiat Algorithm with the Blum Blum Shub Algorithm as the key builder successfully identifies the pattern sent by the signer.
Process of selecting outstanding cadets is a multi-criteria problem, so get objectively achieving cadets, a decision support system with multiple criteria is needed. As an appreciation for achievement, a few universities provide scholarships for high achieving students. However, a few universities choose outstanding students based only on GPA. This study aims to analyze the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the Decision Support System for the selection of cadets so that objectively achieving candidates can be determined. Because the number of prospective cadets with many achievements, Random Index (IR) value is obtained from IR table > 15. This study uses 4 criteria, namely the GPA criteria with eigenvectors = 0.111, Scientific works with eigenvectors = 0.563, extracurricular (Achievement) with eigen vector = 0.246 Foreign language proficiency with eigenvector = 0.08. From the research results obtained the value of CR = -0,987 <= 0.1, then the value of the comparison criteria is consistent. The results showed that there were differences in the ranking of outstanding cadets at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic according to the GPA and the AHP method
The Effect Of Linguistic Intelligence, Learning Motivation, And Self-Trust On Communication Performance Taruna Air Traffic Guide In The Tower Lab The Air Traffic Control Program at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic aims to produce students who are able to become professional Air Traffic Controller (ATC) personnel at airports that provide air traffic control services. In doing their duties, the air traffic controller communicates with the pilot to guide the aircraft in accordance with aviation safety rules. In conducting flight communication, there are several aspects that need to be considered such as self-confidence, learning motivation and language intelligence. The research conducted at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic involved 103 cadets as the research sample. Retrieval of data using measuring instruments from each aspect that had previously been tested for validity and reliability. The result of the study indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between language intelligence, self-confidence, learning motivation on communication performance. Program Pemanduan Lalu Lintas Udara di Politeknik Penerbangan Medan bertujuan menghasilkan peserta didik yang mampu menjadi tenaga professional Air Traffic Controller (ATC) di bandara udara yang memberikan layanan pengaturan lalu lintas udara. Dalam tugasnya pemandu lalu lintas udara berkomunikasi dengan pilot untuk memandu pesawat sesuai dengan aturan keselamatan penerbangan. Dalam melakukan komunikasi penerbangan terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperhatikan seperti kepercayaan diri, motovasi belajar dan kecerdasan bahasa. Penelitian yang dilakukan di Politeknik Penerbangan Medan melibatkan 103 orang taruna sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan data menggunakan alat ukur dari masing-masing aspek yang sebelumnya telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan bahasa, kepercayaan diri, motivasi belajar terhadap communication performance. Sistem rekomendasi paket wisata memerlukan informasi untuk memilih tujuan perjalanan mereka sebelum melakukan perjalanan ke tempat wisata tersebut, hal ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk destinasi wisata di Labuan Bajo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu wisatawan Labuhan Bajo mendapatkan rekomendasi tempat wisata sesuai dengan jenis wisata dan harga yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variable sebagai kriteria yaitu aktifitas, jenis wisata dan jenis harga. Dengan melakukan pengujian menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neigbour (KNN) dan aplikasi Rapidminer dimana nilai K=5, maka ditemukan akurasi sebesar 83,33%. Dari 18 data yang digunakan hanya ada 2 destinasi yang tidak sesuai dengan prediksi sedangkan 16 data lain sesuai dengan prediksi. Hasil analisa membuktikan bahwa metode KNN yang digunakan dapat menjadi acuan untuk merekomendasi tempat wisata kepada wisatawan di Labuan Bajo.
