Early Inititation Of Breastfeedng (IMD) or early breastfeeding inititation is when the baby starts breastfeeding it self immediately after birth. Early inititation of breastfeeding and nipple sucking by the baby in the early puerperium streng then the stimulation of oxytosin release. The purpose of this study was to determine the faktor that influence the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initation in work area of the Belawae Village Health Center,Sidrap Regency. The type of research used by the reseacher is quantitative research eith a Cross Sectional approach using a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study is the Non Probiditu Sampling, namely the Accidental Sampling. The sampel in this study well all mothers who gave birth normally and immediately did IMD after birth as many as 40 samples using the Chi Square Test. The results of the Chi Square test obrained the knowledge variable p=0,951>a(0,05), variable of mother's breastfeeding experience p=0,002<a(0,05), and family/husband support variables p=0,046<a(0,05). Abstrak Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) atau permulaan menyusui dini adalah bayi mulai menyusui sendiri segera setelah lahir. Inisiasi menyusu dini dan pengisapan puting payudara oleh bayi pada awal masa nifas memperkuat stimulasi pengeluaran oksitosin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Inisiasi menyusu Dini di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Desa Belawae Kabupaten Sidrap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan Non Probidity Sampling yaitu dengan Accidental Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua ibu yang melahirkan normal dan segera melakukan IMD setelah kelahiran sebanyak 40 sampel menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil uji Chi Square didapatkan veriabel pengeahuan p=0,951>a(0,05), variabel pengalaman menyusi ibu p=0,002<a(0,05), dan variabel dukungan keluarga/suami p=0,046<a(0,05).
