Está investigación cualitativa por caso de interés se propuso conocer las percepciones, experiencias y opiniones sobre turismo de negocios realizando seis entrevistas a profundidad a ejecutivos de diferentes industrias comerciales de la ciudad de Bogotá. Los resultados indican que el turismo de negocios es percibido como una oportunidad de negocio que se guía por las experiencias y relacionamientos que pueden realizar las personas dentro de sus viajes laborales. Por tanto, indican que es necesario para el medio del turismo tener trabajadores entrenados en habilidades básicas de negocios para fomentar relaciones o cerrar negociaciones. This qualitative research by case of interest proposed to know the perceptions, experiences and opinions on business tourism by conducting six in-depth interviews with executives from different commercial industries in Bogotá. The results show how business tourism is perceived as a business opportunity that is guided by the experiences and relationships that people can make during their work trips. Therefore, they indicate that it is necessary for the tourism environment to have trained workers in basics business skills to encourage relationships or close negotiations.
