Industry 4.0 promotes the development of traditional manufacturing industry to digitization, networking, and intellectualization. Smart factory is composed of network that includes production equipment, robot, conveyor, and logistics system. According to the characteristics of the mixed flow assembly, a simulation platform of automobile mixed flow assembly is built based on industry 4.0 in the paper, which operates and manages automobile assembly, logistics warehouse, and CPS effectively. On this basis, FlexSim software is adopted to establish the auto-mixed assembly model that finds out the bottleneck of auto-mixed assembly problem. By means of parameter adjustment, rearrangement, and merger of process, the whole assembly time of the 500 automobiles dropped by 33 hours, the equipment utilization rate increased by 20.19%, and the average blocked rate decreased by 21.19%. The optimized results show that the proposed model can greatly increase manufacturing efficiency and practical application in industry 4.0.
Aiming at the problem of moving target recognition, a moving target tracking model based on FDRIG optical flow is proposed. First, the optical flow equation was analyzed from the theory of optical flow. Then, with the energy functional minimization, the FDRIG optical flow technique was proposed. Taking a road section of a university campus as an experimental section, 30 vehicle motion sequence images were considered as objects to form a vehicle motion sequence image with a complex background. The proposed FDRIG optical flow was used to calculate the vehicle motion optical flow field by the Halcon software. Comparable with the classic Horn and Schunck (HS) and Lucas and Kande (LK) optical flow algorithm, the monitoring results proved that the FDRIG optical flow was highly precise and fast when tracking a moving target. The Ettlinger Tor traffic scene was then taken as the second experimental object; FDRIG optical flow was used to analyze vehicle motion. The superior performance of the FDRIG optical flow was further verified. The whole research work shows that FDRIG optical flow has good performance and speed in tracking moving targets and can be used to monitor complex target motion information in real-time.
The traditional predictive method cannot fully reflect the complex nonlinear characteristics and regularities of automobile and parts sales data, so the prediction precision is not high. The purpose of this paper is to propose the gray GM(1,1) nonlinear periodic predictive model by introducing the seasonal variation index to improve predictive accuracy of the single GM(1,1) model. Firstly, the paper analyzes concept of GM(1,1) and then proposes the gray GM(1,1) nonlinear periodic predictive model to forecast automobile parts sales. The model algorithm used gray theory and accumulated technology to generate new data and set up unified differential equations to find the fitting curve of automobile parts sales prediction by the seasonal variation index to remove random elements. Lastly, the gray GM(1,1) nonlinear periodic predictive model is used for empirical analysis; the result of example shows that the model proposed in the paper is feasible. The superiority of the proposed predictive model compared with the single gray GM(1,1) model is demonstrated. The reliability of this model is experienced by the accuracy test, which provides a theoretical guidance for the prediction of automobile part sales. And the average relative error is reduced by 8.52% compared with the single GM(1,1) model.
