The mostly used measure to analyze the stock market behavior is wavelet correlation analysis. Cross-country correlations have been largely used to obtain a static estimate of the comovements of actual returns across country. In this paper wavelet based variance, covariance and correlation analysis of BSE and NSE indexes financial time series have been done using index data from April 1990 to March 2006.
Abstract. In this paper we prove some fixed point theorems for multivalued mappings using rational inequality in a symmetric space. These results are generalizations of some well known results in metric spaces and also in the setting of symmetric spaces.
We study the stability of circular orbits in the background of a traversable wormhole (TWH) spacetime obtained as a solution of Einstein’s field equations coupled conformally to a massless scalar field. The Lyapunov stability approach is employed to determine the stability of circular orbits (timelike and null) of non-spinning test particles around a TWH spacetime. In the case of timelike geodesics, the particle is confined to move in four different types of effective potentials depending on various values of the angular momentum $$\tilde{L}$$

with both centrifugal and gravitational part. The effective potential for null geodesics consists of only a centrifugal part. Further, we characterize each fixed point according to its Lyapunov stability, and thus classify the circular orbits at the fixed point into stable center and unstable saddle points by depicting the corresponding phase-portraits.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
