CCDC no.: 1566183The crystal structure is shown in the figure. Tables 1 and 2 contain details on crystal structure and measurement conditions and a list of the atoms including atomic coordinates and displacement parameters.
Source of materialThe title compound was prepared under the hydrothermal conditions. A mixture of 1,4-bis(2-ethylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl) benzene (73.2 mg, 0.2 mmol), Zn(Ac) 2 ·2H 2 O (21.9 mg, 0.1 mmol), 4,4′-sulfonyldibenzoic acid (H 2 sb; 32.8 mg, 0.2 mmol), and H 2 O (10 mL) were placed in a teflonlined stainless steel vessel, heated to 160°C for 4 days, and then cooled to room temperature for 24 h. Colorless block crystals of the title complex were obtained.
Experimental detailsThe hydrogen atoms were placed at calculated positions and refined as riding atoms with isotropic displacement parameters.
DiscussionMetal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with entangled architectures, such as the most common interpenetrating nets, polyrotaxane structures, self-penetrating nets etc., are of great attention [3][4][5][6]. It is not only because of their intrinsic aesthetic appeal and complicated molecular architectures as well
CCDC no.: 1562757A part of the title crystal structure is shown in the figure. Tables 1 and 2 contain details on crystal structure and measurement conditions and a list of the atoms including atomic coordinates and displacement parameters.
Source of materialThe title compound was prepared under the hydrothermal conditions. A mixture of 1,4-bis(2-ethylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl) benzene (beb) (39.4 mg, 0.1 mmol), Cd(Ac) 2 ·2H 2 O (26.7 mg, 0.1 mmol), isophthalic acid (H 2 ip) (33.2 mg, 0.2 mmol), and H 2 O (10 mL) were placed in a Teflon-lined stainless steel vessel, heated to 130°C for 5 day, and then cooled to room temperature for 24 h. Colorless block crystals of the title complex were obtained.
Experimenal detailsAbsorption corrections were applied by using multi-scan program. The hydrogen atoms were placed at calculated
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
