commissural lines could hardly move the heavy cusps. In the case of bicuspid orifices, the common feature was that jet areas were imaged along the abnormal single commissural line regardless of the lesion, delineating the anatomic slit by their abnormal axis of flow, whether or not they had an eccentric onset. The latter could be explained by a frequent prolapse of a part of the conjoined cusp. Onsets at other sites along the slit remain possible, necessitating further studies. Two further points should also be discussed. First, there are limitations of Doppler imaging. Indeed, at this early technologic stage, present imaging technology is still rough and improvements are required. Second, comparisons between surgical visualization of controlled arrested hearts and Doppler imaging of live ones were limited in this study to sites of areas versus number of cusps. More refined correlations requiring a close cooperation between users of Doppler echocardiography and surgeons should help to extend the indications for surgical repair procedures in the future.
The theatrical performance has always been a continual concern during all the history of humanity, because it performs an art where people have certain stories that arouse many feelings and insights to the spectators. It highlights the fact that the theatrical performance has special importance for philosophical reflection, especially in the characteristic illustration of the philosophy of the eighteenth century. In this context, several thinkers participated intensely of the political reality of this time, using the theatrical practice on several occasions, both for the contribution to the intellectual framework and to portray the daily life of the rising class, namely the bourgeoisie. Among these thinkers, this paper will highlight the Voltaire conceptions of representation of the aristocratic theater, establishing it as a powerful means of education; Diderot about the genesis of the drama, where art had the function of refining and instructing individuals, representing the aspirations of the bourgeoisie. Since the conception of Jean-Jacques Rousseau about the theater, unlike the two mentioned thinkers, says the educational role of the theater is illusory, as the theatrical representation only reflects the passions of their audience. Thus, it is emphasized that the Genevan thinker followed a contrary understanding to the thinkers of the period.
This article aims to point out methodologies that can help in the remote teaching process, as well as to point out some difficulties encountered by both teachers and students. Education during social isolation has been the subject of much concern for educators, mothers, fathers and even students themselves. The pandemic took everyone by surprise and, so that education was not put to one side, educational institutions had to adapt to this new scenario and overcome the challenges imposed by the pandemic. This adaptation has not been easy for either side, be it educational institutions, educators, parents and students, as the preparation to use technologies in teaching was something instantaneous, there was no preparation time, so in a little space of time, it was necessary to discover and rediscover new methods and new ways to teach, now virtually, bringing out, mainly, creativity. This article, therefore, comes to show some aspects in relation to the current scenario, the difficulties and some options to streamline remote classes.
