Purpose: The purpose of this study to achieve territorial governance in the educational field, the practice of sustainable development and correct social responsibility are required. Method: For this reason, this study used a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design, and a causal correlation scope. The population included 261 directors of a local educational entity, while the sample considered 120 directors, after the intentional non-probabilistic test. Results and Conclusions: The instruments were validated with results in the Cronbach's Alpha test of 0.961 for sustainable development and 0.991 for social responsibility. It was possible to conclude that the variables significantly influence territorial educational governance. This could be demonstrated with the Nagelkerke R2 value of 0.981. Research implications: Through this study it was shown that training in sustainable development and university social responsibility affect the territorial educational governance of the directors of an Educational Management Unit, by 98.1%. Originality/value: The social justice dimension implies instructing citizens to combat gaps such as poverty, discrimination, and lack of attention to the most vulnerable sectors.
Este estudio tuvo como objetivo principal identificar los factores de la desnutrición hospitalaria y las estrategias de mejora para la calidad asistencial en establecimientos de Salud mediante la realización de una revisión sistemática. El estudio fue de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo básico y de diseño fenomenológico. Se trabajó con una muestra de 28 artículos que fueron selectos con la técnica del análisis documental. Los resultados mostraron que los factores asociados con la desnutrición hospitalaria son la desnutrición previa, el desperdicio alimentario, el aumento de la estancia hospitalaria, la presencia de enfermedades crónicas, las deficiencias en el registro de datos nutricionales del paciente, entre otros. Respecto a la calidad asistencial, esta se ve condicionada por la atención del personal, capacidad de respuesta, el tiempo de espera para la atención y la calidad de servicio prestada por el personal de salud. Entre las estrategias de mejora para la calidad asistencial se destacó la implementación del cribado, la capacitación del personal de salud, la incorporación de nutricionistas especializados y la implementación de programas de atención nutricional. Se concluyó que, si se desea mejorar los niveles de prevalencia de desnutrición hospitalaria se deberá aumentar la calidad de asistencia en los establecimientos de salud.
Educational governance in public systems represents the way in which power is exercised in the management of economic and social resources of a developing institution, considering the capacity of design, formulation and implementation of public policies and the application in the context of Education. The approach was qualitative, enabling symbolic interactionism, generating knowledge about the category of the study; a bibliographic review was carried out, which considers the review of articles and documents into account articles published in the Scopus database , Web of Science and Scielo. The review of 25 articles from the last 8 years was taken into account. The systematic review takes into account the PRISMA statement. The study concluded that: The determining factors of adequate territorial educational governance of Regular Basic Education institutions are: Schooling in territorial educational governance that guarantees the provision and participation in formal public education. Likewise, a decentralization policy must be followed, transferring resources and responsibility for education to the community level; since the cooperation of the representatives committed to decentralized educational management under a methodology of decentralization strategies .
