Kata Kunci:Aplikasi, Source code library, pengembangan perangkat lunak a b s t r a c t Source code library allows educators, Programmers or students and software developers to obtain a variety of reference codes on a programming language and software evaluation. Today, most Source code library for the purposes of learning software developers in the form of documentation of the use of a programming language that can be accessed through the official website developer programming languages, forum and various blogs. Because of the complexity of the features most web-based Source code library can only be accessed through the website and some others have provided documentation on each software vendor from the developers company the device. This research tries to construct a model of the application Source code library that can be used as a form of documentation for learning the use of various programming languages flexibly both in online and offline. The application allows the renewal of data/content Source code library at a time when the Internet is still available or at the time of the user's area does not have a network the Internet. In the implementation of this research will be divided in three stages, namely data collection pre development, development and implementation, and data collection of post-war development. Data collection pre development intended to get a preliminary study about the provision the core issue at hand, while the development and implementation phase focuses on model software design into diagrams and make the programming code to implement the design that has been created. While the data collection stage of the post-war development was for revamping the application made in conclusion, withdrawal, and suggestions for further research topics. a b s t r a kSource code library memungkinkan pengajar, programer maupun pelajar dan pengembang perangkat lunak untuk mendapatkan berbagai referensi kode-kode pada sebuah bahasa pemrograman perangkat lunak dan memberikan evaluasi. Saat ini, kebanyakan Source code library untuk keperluan pembelajaran pengembang perangkat lunak berupa dokumentasi penggunaan suatu bahasa pemrograman yang dapat diakses melalui website resmi pengembang bahasa pemrograman, forum dan berbagai blog. Karena kompleksitas fiturnya kebanyakan web-based Source code library hanya dapat diakses melalui website dan sebagian lainnya telah disediakan dokumentasi pada setiap software vendor dari perusahaan pengembang perangkat. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun model aplikasi Source code library yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk dokumentasi pembelajaran penggunaan berbagai bahasa pemrograman secara fleksibel baik dalam kondisi online maupun offline. Aplikasi tersebut memungkinkan pembaharuan data/konten Source code library pada saat Internet masih tersedia atau pada saat pengguna pada area tidak memiliki jaringan Internet. a b s t r a c t Open Journal Systems (OJS) is a web-based content management system specifically designed to handle the entire process of scientific publication management. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education also develops its own index, namely SINTA (Science and Technology Index) which is expected to not only refer to the journal index Scopus. The relationship between Access Indexing and OJS is inseparable where the OJS is a facility in managing journal publications and Access Indexing is a feature to disseminate journal articles to journal searches. This study tries to build an Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) model that can be used as a form of publication and publishing management on international indexing. The application allows updating of data/content and sharing from various online journal sources. Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) can enable end-user users, and still refer to international publishing management standards. It is expected that Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) can increase publication and management of publishing electronically and be fully implemented by authors, publishers, and partners of reviewers. The Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) application will take the Open Knowledge Systems (OJS) Public Knowledge Project (PKP) model, with the reason that the Open Journal Systems (OJS) is one of the most widely used OJS and is a recommendation from the Ministry of Research and Technology with PDII LIPI in obtaining National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) and facilitates researchers to see, adapt, and modify for the purposes of this study. Broadly speaking this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. Specifically, the output to be achieved Prototype as technology engineering: This research will produce a prototype Open source Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) software, which can be used by journal publishing managers and to support content publication. The results of this study are an open source software called Open source Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) and developed with framework CodeIgniter and React-Js. a b s t r a k Open Journal Systems (OJS) merupakan sebuah sistem manajemen konten berbasis web yang khusus dibuat untuk menangani keseluruhan proses manajemen publikasi ilmiah. Kemenristekdikti juga mengembangkan indeks sendiri yaitu SINTA (Science and Technology Index) yang diharapkan index jurnal tidak hanya mengacu pada Scopus. Hubungan Access Indexing dengan OJS menjadi hal yang tidak terpisahkan dimana OJS menjadi fasilitas dalam mengelola terbitan jurnal dan Acces Indexing menjadi fitur untuk menyebarluaskan artikel jurnal pada pencarian jurnal. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun model Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk manajemen publikasi dan penerbitan pada indexing internasional. Aplikasi tersebut memungkinkan pembaharuan data/konten dan sharing dari berbagai sumber jurnal online. Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) dapat memungkinkan pengguna end user, serta tetap mengacu pada standar manajemen pengelola terbitan internasional. Diharapkan dengan adanya Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) dapat meningkatkan publikasi dan manajemen penerbitan secara elektronik serta sepenuhnya dilaksanakan baik oleh penulis, penerbit maupun mitra bestari (reviewer). Aplikasi Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) akan mengambil model Open Journal Systems (OJS) Public Knowledge Project (PKP), dengan alasan Open Journal Systems (OJS) tersebut adalah salah satu OJS yang paling banyak digunakan dan merupakan rekomendasi dari Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi dengan PDII LIPI dalam mendapatkan Akreditasi Jurnal Nasional (ARJUNA) serta memudahkan peneliti untuk melihat, mengadaptasi, dan memodifikasi untuk keperluan penelitian ini. Secara garis besar penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan. Secara spesifik luaran yang akan dicapai Purwarupa sebagai rekayasa teknologi: Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah purwarupa perangkat lunak Open source Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS), yang dapat digunakan oleh pengelola terbitan jurnal serta untuk menunjang publikasi konten. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah perangkat lunak berbasis open source yang diberi nama Open source Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) dan dikembangkan dengan framework codelnigter dan React-Js.
This study tries to provide a solution by engineering existing information re-sources, designing it into a support system to facilitate lecturers or teaching staff to create, load and present multimedia teaching materials, both to groups and personal, network-based or stand-alone. The use of HTML language as a basis for web-based applications and the use of local networks can make Computer Assisted Learning more flexible and have unlimited functions on the architecture de-signed by researchers to use the function data methods as a data framework stored by CAL. Broadly speaking, this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. Pre-development data collection is intended to obtain a preliminary study of the core problems being faced, while the development and implementation phase focuses on modeling software design into diagrams and making programming code to implement the design that has been made. While the stages of post-development data collection are for the improvement of applications made, drawing conclusions, and suggestions for further re-search topics. From the results of this study, several conclusions were obtained, the CAL that was built made it easier for students in learning and CAL was built by utilizing HTML Sheets as a medium for presentation of teaching material because it was very effective for displaying teaching materials in the form of text, images, animation, audio, and video.
Salah satu dampak dari pandemic covid-19 bagi dunia pendidikan adalah semakin meningkatnya pelaksanaan pembelajaran online atau e-learning. Sekarang banyak tersedia aplikasi pembelajaran secara online. Sementara bagi beberapa dosen atau pada beberapa pembahasan tertentu, atau pada kondisi tertentu, dibutuhkan teknis yang tersendiri, untuk mengisi konten pengajaran. Apalagi dengan mengingat bahwa konten pengajaran tidak boleh asal tampil, tetapi harus disusun secara baik dan diberikan secara bertahap /sistematis, dalam waktu yang telah ditentukan pula. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini mencoba memberikan solusi /alternatif untuk membantu para dosen dalam proses pengisian materi kuliah untuk pengajaran online, dan disertai dengan lembar jawaban soalnya. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan perancangan software content admission kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan training user. Hasil dari pengisian akan menjadi pelengkap dari kegiatan pembelajaran online (Complement Online Learning) yang diberikan oleh para dosen /tenaga pengajar di AMIK Indonesia dan STIMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh.
