AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan Lembar Aktivitas Siswa (LAS) berbasis metode penemuan terbimbing terhadap kemampuan representasi matematis siswa SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 3 Rambah pada siswa kelas VII. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal essay yang disusun berdasarkan indikator kemampuan representasi matematis. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Mann Whitney diperoleh nilai Zhitung yaitu 2,13 dan nilai Ztabel yaitu 1,96. Hal ini berarti Zhitung > Ztabel dengan demikian sesuai kriteria penguhian hipotesis, Ho ditolak. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan LAS berbasis metode penemuan terbimbing terhadap peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa SMP. The Effect of Use of Student Activity Sheets Based on Guided Discovery Method on Increasing Students Mathematical Representation Ability AbstractThis study aims to determine whether or not the influence of the use of Student Activity Sheet (SAS) based on guided discovery methods on the mathematical representation ability of junior high school students. This research was a quasi-experimental study with Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. This research was conducted at SMPN 3 Rambah in class VII students. The data collected was data on improving students mathematical representation abilities. The instrument used was an essay test which was arranged based on indicators of mathematical representation ability. The results of data analysis using the Mann Whitney test obtained a calculated value of 2.13 and a Ztable value of 1.96. This means that Zhitung> Ztable is thus according to the criteria of hypothesis testing, Ho was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of SAS based guided discovery method on improving the mathematical representation ability of junior high school students.
This study aims to produce valid guided discovery-based math worksheets on rectangular material. This type of research is development research. This research consists of three stages of development, definition, design, and development. This study's subjects were class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Rambah Hilir in the second semester of the 2019/ 2020 school year. The instrument used in this study was a validation questionnaire sheet. Discovery-based worksheets guide the results of this study. Based on the validity test of the guided discovery-based student worksheet carried out on three validators with several revisions and improvements, the average score of the guided discovery-based student worksheet validation was 3.73 with a very valid category. So it can be concluded that guided discovery-based worksheets are very valid.
ABSTRAKAbstrak: Program Adiwiyata memberikan dampak yang baik dalam mewujudkan masyarakat peduli lingkungan.SMA Negeri 2 Rambah Hilir merupakan sekolah yang telah mencoba menerapkan program Adiwiyata di tingkat kabupaten, namun masih belum dapat diakui di tingkat provinsi dan nasional. Oleh karena itu, SMA Negeri 2 Rambah Hilir dipilih sebagai mitra agar dapat dilakukan stimulus sekolah berbasis lingkungan. Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra yaitu SMA N 2 Rambah Hilir dalam mengatasi permasalahannya yaitu: (1) Melaksanakan program Adiwiyata sesuai dengan komponen-komponen Adiwiyata yaitu kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan, pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan, kegiatan lingkungan berbasis partisipatif dan pengelolaan sarana pendukung ramah lingkungan; (2) Memberikan pembinaan mengenai program Adiwiyata secara rutin kepada sekolah sehingga dapat secara mandiri menjadi sekolah Adiwiyata; (3) Pendampingan mitra dan pembinaan menuju sekolah Adiwiyata. Tim juga mendatangkan ahli lingkungan dari badan lingkungan hidup guna melakukan pembinaan tambahan sehingga mitra yaitu SMA N 2 Rambah Hilir dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang mereka hadapi; (4) Perancangan program unggulan Adiwiyata tambahan seperti Pelestarian TOGA, dan pembangunan Green house. Kegiatan implementasi Sekolah Adiwiyata ini, dapat menstimulasi SMA N 2 Rambah Hilir dalam semangat mengembangkan sekolah berbasis lingkungan sebesar 80 %. keberhasilan program ini terlihat dari antusiasnya mitra dalam mengembangkan sekolah Adiwiyata, pembangungan green house, pelestarian TOGA, Slogan lingkungan serta pemberian bibit dan tong sampah. Kata Kunci: Adiwiyata; Sekolah Berbasis Lingkungan.Abstract: The Adiwiyata Program has a good impact in realizing the community to care for the environment. SMA N 2 Rambah Hilir is a school that has tried to implement the Adiwiyata program at the district level, but it still cannot be recognized at the provincial and national levels. Therefore, SMA Negeri 2 Rambah Hilir was chosen as a partner in order to stimulate an environment-based school. The solutions offered to PKMS partners are SMA N 2 Rambah Hilir in overcoming their problems, namely: (1) Implementing Adiwiyata programs in accordance with Adiwiyata components, namely environmentally sound policies, implementation of environment based curriculum, environmentally based participatory activities and management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities;(2) Providing guidance on the Adiwiyata program routinely to schools so that they can independently become an Adiwiyata school; (3) Partner assistance and guidance to Adiwiyata School. The PKMS team also brought in environmental experts from the environmental agency to carry out additional coaching so that partners namely SMA N 2 Rambah Hilir could solve the problems they faced; (4) Designing additional superior Adiwiyata programs such as TOGA preservation and Green house development. The censored Hurdle Negative Binomial regression model is a method which can be used for response variables of count data with excess zero values. This model is an alternative solution to overcome over dispersion in Poisson regression due to many zero-value observations. This model uses a two-part approach, the first part is modeling the response variable which a zero value and the second part is modeling the response variable with a nonnegative integer value. The type of censored used in this research is the right censored. This research will applied on the theory and empirical studies on the censored Hurdle Negative Binomial regression model. the results of the theory estimation of the parameters of the censored Hurdle Negative Binomial regression model using the maximum likelihood method are obtained implicit nonlinear equations, so the estimation of the model parameters using Newton Rapshon method. Censored Hurdle Negative Binomial regression model of diphtheria cases in Riau Province with the variables of basic immunization coverage, coverage of toddler health services and coverage of health facilities affect the number of diphtheria cases.
