The study aims to examine the causes that a person - unemployed or even employed to become a prospect entrepreneur and various inspiring or forcing factors that encourage him/her to create a new business enterprise and also to find out their creative aspect towards which he/she needs to apply in his/her new business enterprise. A fully prepared questionnaire was framed and circulated to the persons who have thought of opening a new business enterprise in their future. The sample used for this study is 75. The investigator measured three significant factors that stimulate persons to start a new business enterprise viz., Ambition Related Factors (ARF); Compelling Factors (CF), and Facilitating Factors (FF). Out of the three factors, the study exposed that ARF is the major influencing factor for the persons to start a new business even though the second two also have some power over them. They have their business enterprise as their objective to come accurate in future for which they are attractive all possible events to carry out their vision. Also, it is established that creating a responsive environment that is followed by fair treatment of their employees are the most significant aspects that they may pursue in their new business enterprise.

Green gram (Vignaradiata L.) is one of Indias most essential and widely cultivated pulse crops. Several biotic and abiotic factors cause the yield loss in green gram. Among the biotic factors, root rot is one of the devasting factors which can cause maximum yield loss under severe conditions. Ten pathogenic isolates of Macrophominaphaseolinacausing root rot in Greengramwere collected from different locations in the Perambalur District of Tamil Nadu. The isolates produced root rot symptoms under artificial inoculation to confirm the pathogenicity. Among these isolates, Macrophominaphaseolina 1 isolated from Valikandapuramwas virulent, which took for further study. To test the efficacy of fungal biocontrol agents against the Greengram root rot pathogen, ten Trichodermaviride were isolated from ten different places in the Perambalur District of Tamil Nadu and evaluated in vitro. Among the ten isolates tested against Macrophominaphaseolina, the isolate Tv- 1 isolated from the Esanai village of Perambalur District effectively arrested the mycelial growth of Macrophominaphaseolina, which recorded 61.00 per cent growth inhibition over control.

The concept of online education is entirely new to students. They meet some difficulties and benefits too. This paper shows the importance of education and aims to conduct a comparative analysis of student surveys between online live teaching and traditional offline teaching, to college students. The entire comparison of traditional and online education is analyzed deeply. Primary and secondary sources are used to collect the data. The primary source is collected through structured questionnaires from various college students. The secondary data was collected through journals, magazines, etc., and Various statistical tools have been adopted to extract the output.
