In this paper a performance analysis of a photovoltaic (PV) tracking system is conducted, to study its efficiency based on experimental results of a specific power plant. A single-axis system is analyzed, taking into account different indexes to better characterize the overall system performance. Experimental data have been collected by an on-site monitoring system over a period of one year, bringing some final considerations and comparative results on PV-system efficiency
The goal of this work is to present and discuss two methods to effectively represent the MTL with a reduced number of conductors in case of groups of wires shorted together and/or grounded. Reducing criteria are applied to the MTL cells that represent the 2×25 kV-50 Hz AC high-speed railway electrification system, also including the high voltage grid that supply the Electrical Substation. The obtained models are used to evaluate the disturbances on the track circuits caused by trains harmonic current injection. The numerical results are reported, compared and discussed
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
