There are various means of electronic communication however only limited inconvenient options are available to the hearing impaired subject. We propose to teach the hearing impaired the correlation of lip movements with information, in speech. Therefore, we propose a technique to help learn hearing impaired primary school children to communicate using visual lip movement cues, deploying MATLAB software.
