The paper presents the analysis of the study of the chemical composition of light chestnut soils of Astrakhan region and chestnut soils of Volgograd region in the conditions of vegetable rotation. In the field condition, soil samples were taken at different depths on virgin soil, at 0.22 … 0.25 m and 0.00 … 0.45 m on arable land. In laboratory conditions, the granulometric analysis of soils, determination of hygroscopic moisture, determination of the content of particles of different diameters, the content of macroelements and microelements in the soils of Lower Volga region were carried out. The results of the analysis show the following tendencies: hygroscopic moisture in arable lands significantly increased in comparison with virgin lands. Ehe hygro-scopic moisture on virgin soil in horizon A was 3.65%, which was 1.87 times higher than its value on the light chestnut soils of the Caspian region. On arable land, the value of hygroscopic moisture was lower than its reserves on light chestnut soils and 1.5 times lower than on virgin soil. The amount of particles less than 0.01 mm on virgin land was significantly higher than on arable land, namely, A horizon of virgin land was 55.06%, Aarl horizon of arable land was 0.22-0.25 m - 38.20%.
The sowing quality of seeds is determined by the conditioning properties, one of which is germination. The potential yield depends on the number of germinated seeds, therefore, increasing the conditional properties of seeds by pre-sowing treatment is an urgent problem in agriculture. The introduction of an integrated method of pre-sowing seed treatment allows to summarize the positive effect of the electrophysical effects of an electric field and a biological preparation. The article presents the results of the studies carried out to establish the optimal treatment regimes for the treatment of sunflower hybrids NK Neoma, LG 5500, ES Petunia seeds in an integrated way. The parameters of seed treatment were determined - electric field strength 8 kV/cm, exposure 60 seconds, semi-dry etching with Zerebra Agro growth regulator with an aqueous solution in a proportion of 10 ml of the preparation, 1000 ml of water. Laboratory germination in relation to control increased in hybrids NK Neoma and LG 5550 by 10%, in hybrid ES Petunia by 12%.
At present, the problem of the seeds sowing qualities and the produced crop quality improving is still urgent. The solution to this problem is carried out mainly through the use of various preparations for pre-sowing seed processing. A promising direction in the pre-sowing seed-processing field is the application of seed processing electrophysical methods before sowing. The research results on the industrial frequency of 50 Hz alternating electric field influence on the sunflower hybrids NK Neoma, LG 5550, ES Petunia laboratory germination seeds are presented in the article. It was found that with the electric field density of 6-8 kV/cm, the processing time from 60 to 95 seconds, it increases laboratory germination in the ES Petunia hybrid by 11%, in the NK Neoma and LG 5550 hybrid by 8%. It is proposed to process seeds in the electric field with set-up effective modes to improve the condition properties.
The work contains the results of research carried out in 2015…2017, the seeds pre-sowing treatment methods influence in the alternating voltage electric field with the intensity of 8 kV/cm with an exposure of 60 seconds, by a Zerebra Agro growth regulator with an aqueous solution of 100 ml/1 liter of water. The decrease in the period from sowing to germination by 1 day, the decrease in the duration of the germination phase - basket formation by 3…5 days in the NK Neoma hybrid, by 1 day in the LG 5550 hybrid, by 2 days in the EU Petunia hybrid was established. The duration of the basket formation phase - flowering in the NK Neoma hybrid increased significantly in the EU Petunia hybrid by 6…7 days, not significantly in the LG 5550 hybrid by 1 day. The flowering-maturation phase lasted 51…56 days for the NK Neoma hybrid, 49…52 days for the LG 5550 hybrid, and 42…46 days for the EU Petunia hybrid. The duration of the germination-maturation phase in the NK Neoma hybrid increased by 2…3 days, in the LG 5550 hybrid by 2…3 days.
