This research is motivated by the rise of violence in schools that have not been handled properly. The purpose of this study is to produce a product in the form of experiential learningbased guidance package to improve the empathy of elementary school students are theoretically effective and practical. The development model used Borg and Gall model. Quantitative data was analyzed by quantitative calculation and input / suggestion was analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are teacher books and student books. Based on expert assessment and prospective user assessment in small group test, these two products are assessed to meet the development criteria of accuracy, usefulness, convenience, and attractiveness. The level of acceptability of both products is passably, judging from the expert assessment index and the assessment of potential users.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya tindak kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah yang belum ditangani dengan tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa paket bimbingan berbasis experiential learning untuk meningkatkan empati siswa sekolah dasar yang efektif secara teoretik dan praktik. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Borg dan Gall yang diadaptasi. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan penghitungan kuantitatif dan masukan/saran dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku guru dan buku siswa. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan penilaian calon pengguna dalam uji kelompok kecil, kedua produk ini dinilai memenuhi kriteria pengembangan berupa ketepatan, kegunaan, kemudahan, dan kemenarikan. Tingkat keberterimaan kedua produk cukup baik, dilihat dari indeks penilaian ahli dan penilaian calon pengguna.
The purpose of this research is to analyse the relationship between motivation and its relationship towards the achievement in Quranic memorisation of Tahfiz school students in Pahang. This research has employed the method of survey where samples were chosen using stratified random sampling involving 254 students from 4 Tahfiz schools in Pahang. The instrument used to measure students' motivation is the Work Preference Inventory (WPI), while students' Quranic memorisation achievements are measured through their Al-Quran examination score. The data was analysed using the SPSS software version 23. The result of this analysis, which has used Pearson correlation, has shown that there is a positively significant relationship between motivation and Quranic memorisation achievements ( r = 0.291, p < .05 ). Meanwhile, the ANOVA two-ways analysis of the data has found that there is a significant interaction between motivation and Quranic memorisation achievements from the aspects of age [F = 1.452; p = 0.031], place of origin [F = 1.950; p = 0.007]. In light of these results, it warrants the need for schools, District Education Office (PPD), District Education Department (JPN) and Ministry of Education (MOE) in general to improvise the memorisation module while taking into account the previously said variables in order to improve the achievement in Quranic memorisation among students.

The result of this analysis, which has used Pearson correlation, has shown that there is a positively significant relationship between emotional intelligence and Quranic memorisation achievements ( r = 0.415, p < 0.05 ). Meanwhile, the ANOVA two-ways analysis of the data has found that there is a significant interaction between emotional intelligence and Quranic memorisation achievements from the aspects of age [F = 1.608; p = 0.032], place of origin [F = 1.742; p = 0.020] and parents' income [F = 1.556; p = 0.037]. In terms contributions, the results from the multiple regression analysis has shown that emotional intelligence contributes positively and significantly towards the students' Quranic memorisation achievements [ t = 5.171< 0.01 ]. In light of these results, it warrants the need for schools, District Education Office (PPD), District Education Department (JPN) and Ministry of Education (MOE) in general to improvise the memorisation module while taking into account the previously said variables in order to improve the achievement in Quranic memorisation among students.
