It is means of the removed access to the information, providing thus the voice interface convenient for the person. The technology creates preconditions for introduction of a plenty of services and the systems of qualitatively new, "intellectual" level promising the decision of problems which traditionally demanded use of the person -operator.
PROBLEMSThe market of services (CT) by present real time is completely generated, on it all claimed services offered in the concept of an intellectual network and some additional services are submitted, to realize which became possible only means CT. The list of the most popular services: universal number of access, voice mail, a universal answering machine, the information Call-center, televoting, telegame, the telenotification.However, besides advantages of technology CT in comparison with technology of the Intellectual network, there is also a lack in platforms CT working now division of the centers of switching with control centers of services that is a basic principle of the Intellectual network is not realized. In result, introduction of each new service demands significant time and capital expenses.
