The article presents a model, which includes the list of consumer qualities for evaluation of technical level of washing machines using developed scoring system for each characteristics and parameters weight coefficients. The evaluation of washing machines according to developed model is performed and recommendations for improving of quality level of washing machines in technical field are given. Evaluation of safety, functionality and reliability of appliance is a base for quality evaluation of household appliances. This topic is actual because the normative documents regulate the requirements for the product, but there is no methods, needed for evaluation of product from technical point of view. Novelty of the topic is that developed methodic allow to evaluate technical level of appliance, to define advantages and disadvantages of produced products based on weighting factors of parameters, calculated according to consumer properties and technical characteristics. The authors of this article defined following tasks: to develop registers of consumer properties with detailed nomenclature of indicators for evaluation of technical level according to normative documentation, to calculate weighting factors of parameters for each level of consumer properties, to define measurement method of each parameter, to develop evaluation model for technical properties and scale for evaluation. The developed method was used in production of household appliances (washing machines). During evaluation process, a number of models were evaluated and the products with low technical level were identified. The developed method gives an opportunity for production firms to analyze quality of products from point of view of safety, functionality and reliability and to define parameters, which are needed to be improved.
This article deals with the possibilities of risk evaluation of product quality nonconformity found at production. In first parts of article main steps needed for risk analyses are defined, including created by the author’s mathematic models for risk evaluation and scoring system for characteristics, weighted based on expert consultation. In the following part developed methodic is approbated at production of household appliances on example of washing machines production. Risk of increase of technical call rate and warranty costs are evaluated. General risk level based on probability of risk occurrence, severity of risk consequences is also calculated. In the last part, using the knowledge from the previous parts document for evaluation of risks of quality nonconformity found during production process is created.
The paper presents optimization methodology of product technical characteristics, which was approbated by optimization of conductivity of water on washing machine production factory. This process ensures effectiveness of rinsing process during washing cycle and reduction of chemical ingredients after rinsing. Main factors, which influence conductivity function, were defined. The factors are analysed to define dependence of investigated values from each other. Developed linear multiple regression model, quality of developed model are checked. Due to usage of the developed methodology at washing machine factory quantity of chemical ingredients after rinsing process was reduced; as a result, norms of GOST standard 60456-2011 were reached.
Methodic of evaluation of assembly line in order to evaluate level of protection of working places from quality risks is described in the article. Topic is actual because in normative documents there is only regulation of requirements for the product, but there is no risk evaluation methodic for production line. Novelty of the topic is that according to developed methodic there is possibility to evaluate general risk level of the assembly process and conduct analyses for single risks, which has an influence on security level of the line from making a failure. Authors of this article defined following tasks: to make evaluation of each working place of the line; to develop list of designations for possible risks of assembly; to develop mathematic model for calculation of general risk level. During implementation process was evaluated process of oscillating system assembly for washing machines. Interpretation of results of risk evaluation executed. Algorithm for risks clustering is described with determination of most critical assembly operations, which are leading to high quality risks and financial losses, needed for risk elimination. Usage of described methodic gives opportunity to improve general risk level to secure the line from quality failures, as a result to improve quality of the final product.
