The present context of energy management which includes petroleum and other non-renewable resources are at an edge of decline, hence leads to the necessity to discover, modify and invent the new sources of energy and also utilize the maximum energy waste. This paper relies on the usage of vibrational and thermal energy as a source from the Piezoelectric and Pyroelectric effects to the production of uninterrupted electrical energy. The phenomenal properties of ZnO (Zinc Oxide) nanowires is, its capable of responding to the vibrational and thermal variations and convert them into electrical energy. This basic principle was used in our work. Further, the utilization of non-opaque ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) and Silver (Ag) as conducting electrodes for the ZnO coating makes our device as a reliable source of energy for transparent energy applications. As a result the device produces an output of (100-200) mV/cm 2 .
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
