Zakat mempunyai potensi besar dalam pengentasan kemiskinan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jika zakat dapat membantu mengurangi kemiskinan di suatu negara, maka penggunaan zakat akan efektif. Alokasi aset diyakini dapat membantu masyarakat miskin mengatasi kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya. Jika pendistribusian aset tersebut dapat menghasilkan kegiatan produktif, maka pemanfaatannya akan lebih optimal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis efektivitas pengelolaan zakat dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Artikel ini merupakan kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data secara dokumentasi dari berbagai artikel, metode pencarian artikel seperti artikel online yang bertujuan untuk menentukan saran yang terbaik untuk diaplikasikan, buku dan laporan Baznas yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil artikel ini adalah pengelolaan zakat belum terlaksana secara optimal dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan dikarenakan; (1) pemberian dana zakat masih bersifat bantuan sementara atau jangka pendek, (2) pengelolaan belum terorganisir secara baik, (3) distribusi dana zakat untuk program produktif masih dalam jumlah sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan porsi distribusi lainnya, dan (4) distribusi dana zakat untuk program produktif belum berdasarkan hasil kajian komprehensif dan disertai pengawasan dari Baznas.
Students in tertiary educational level in Indonesia, particularly at a state university in Centra Sulawesi are required to write a scientific paper as one of the requirements to complete their study period. The government even requires them to publish it in the academic online journal. It means that students construct it in the English language which students consider that writing an English article is difficult. Students produce several grammatical mistakes in their writing. They thought that learning grammar is such a difficult lesson and learning instruction is not interesting as teachers rely on one main resource. Nowadays, based on the researchers' investigation that there are several constraints that make the teaching-learning grammar is not effective and interesting; lack of references, time and space. While students need time to practice the language. Moodle as a part of information technology tools contributes to the solution to that constraint. After experiencing the grammar teaching-learning instruction, most students respond positive view toward the implementation of Moodle in the grammar teaching-learning process. Overall, almost all students respond that online learning instruction is needed.

Digital boards based on digital or digital signage can replace information boards made from conventional materials such as wood or iron by providing accurate, relevant, timely and dynamically working information. Chatbot messenger can help provide academic information to students in two directions with the concept of request-response from and to students via telegram messenger.Collaboration between digital signage and chatbot messenger can help students in fulfilling academic related information effectively and efficiently
The progress of science in the field of medicine has brought immense advantages to human existence. Nonetheless, these advancements have both positive and negative consequences for humanity. They also give rise to deliberation and disagreement, particularly concerning Islamic jurisprudence, as not all medical technological breakthroughs can be embraced without reservation in society. This study is a descriptive, analytic, and comparative literature review. The ushuliy approach is employed to examine the methodology utilized by the two organizations in determining their stance on human corneal transplants. The primary source material used in this research is the fatwa issued by Majelis Ulama Indonesia in 2009 regarding Corneal Transplants. The data for this research was collected through a documentation method, which involves gathering information from various articles and books. The collected data was then analyzed using content analysis, which involves a descriptive and scientific examination of the key messages. The findings of this study reveal that Majelis Ulama Indonesia holds the view that corneal transplants can be performed on individuals in need, with the intention of Tabarru' (acts of charity), if there are no alternative medical options available, based on the principle of Maslahah (benefit or public interest).
Zakat is potential to reduce the poverty number in Indonesia. The professional and effective management is the main key to achieve this target. This article analyzes the effectiveness of zakat distribution in Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas), Pekanbaru City in accordance with the Law No. 23 of 2011. The article is based on the doctrinal legal research with sociological approach. The data is collected through interview, documentation, and observation by analyzing the data in inductive, deductive, and comparative ways. The result reveals that zakat management in Baznas Pekanbaru is not effective yet in its effort to improve mustahiq (zakat receivers) economy. Of all effective strategies to collect the funds are: 1) government total intervention in collecting and distributing the zakat funds, 2) socialization to the community to pay zakat via Baznas, 3) Improving Baznas’ human resources and management, 4) Implementing the expansion concept in zakat obligation. Meanwhile, the effective strategy in zakat funds distribution is classifying mustahiq into two groups i.e. mustahiq jabariah and mustahiq khiyariah with different model approach.Zakat berpotensi besar menjadi sarana mengurangi angka kemiskinan di Indonesia. Pengelolaan yang professional dan efektif menjadi kunci utama mencapai tujuan ini. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penyaluran zakat di Badan amil zakat nasional Pekanbaru menurut Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2011. Artikel ini berdasarkan penelitian hukum diktrinal dengan pendekatan sosiologis. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi dengan analisis data secara induktif, deduktif dan komparatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjukkan bahwa manajemen zakat di Baznas Pekanbaru belum efektif dalam upaya meningkatkan ekonomi mustahiq. Adapun strategi efektivitas penghimpunan dana yaitu; (1) intervensi pemerintah secara menyeluruh dalam penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana zakat, (2) sosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar berzakat melalui Baznas, (3) meningkatkan Sumberdaya Manusia dan manajemen Baznas, dan (4) menerapkan konsep perluasan dalam kewajiban zakat. Sedangkan strategi efektivitas distribusi dana zakat adalah melakukan pengklasifikasian mustahiq kepada dua kelompok, yakni mustahiq jabariah dan mustahiq khiyariah dengan model pendekatan yang berbeda.
