In contrast to the previous centuries of the XX century, the century of young people with the spirit of coming out of stagnant thinking has indirectly stimulated the attention of scholars in studying interpretations and compiling works of interpretation with various methods, patterns and styles. Tafsir al-Azhar is one of the largest interpretations compiled by Hamka, Hajj Muhammad Karim Amrullah. This article attempts to critically examine whether there is an influence of time and place in the preparation of the Tafsir al-Azhar. For this reason, historical methods and critical analysis will be used to show the figure of Hamka and his interaction with the socio-culture of the Minang people in particular and Indonesia in general. At the same time, it is used to analyze the Tafsir al-Azhar with regard to the influence of the time and place in the work. The result is that Hamka in explaining the verses of the Qur'an sometimes takes wisdom from the customs of a society that signify the place and explain also from the period of development of political turmoil after Indonesian independence and the renewal of the thoughts of Islamic figures that signify
With so much understanding of halal food again thayyib, researchers want to reveal a reliable narration using the Book of Tafsir Al-Munir by Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. Researchers tried to find out Halal Food again Thayyib with thematic approach, and studied through literature research, the method used is descriptive and anaisis method. As a result, halal food again thayyib is a food that is not prohibited by religion and does not harm the body. The words halal and thayyib are found in Surah Al-Maidah verse 88, which is halal food again thayyib consisting of various foods, including livestock, which are useful to the body, not destructive, not disgusting, tasty, unweding and not contrary to Allah's commandments. Eating halal food and thayyib is highly recommended by Islam because it will affect the health of the body and soul, more important things can affect a person's creed and morals, and cause the granting of a prayer and worship.
The miracle of al-qurān in terms of language, al-qurān is the source of knowledge in this modern era. And al-qurān written in Arabic which contains meaning and science, including nahwu, ṣorof, dalālah and Balāghoh. Insaid I'lmu dalālah discusses about Ṣifah wal Mauṣūf, because the sentence is imperfect meaning if there are no words that characterize it. One sentence will be discussed in word of "Qawlan" which is characterized by word of Ma’rūfan and Sadīdan. Seeing the meaning of two sentences that are the same good words, but each has a different purpose and that is by looking at the terms of meaning according to language and time of use is also intended for the intended. Finaly, the first of resulted: that the phrase "Qawlan Ma'rūfan" has a meaning of a good expression, also this expression show up to orphans when giving wealth to those who have reached the age and also, can be used when talking to close friends, and to him poor people when giving some treasure. And the second is: the meaning of "Qawlan Sadīdan" has a meaning of a kind expression which is gentle and just shown to ṣufaha. and ṣufaha has two meanings, the first: Little boys and the second: girls. pronounced when giving a will or inheritance to the Sufaha.

Kacang kacangan untuk menjaga kesehatan pencernaan. Jahe untuk menyembuhkan sembelit dan menghangatkan tubuh. Bidara untuk mengurangi cidera hati dan penvernaan. Zaitun untuk mencegah penyakit jantung. Anggur untuk memperlancar peredaran darah Delima untuk kesehatan empedu. Dan tin untuk mengobati sakit perut.
Sinonim dalam Al-Qur’an menjadi salah satu tema yang diperdebatkan sangat penting oleh kalangan ulama sejak zaman dahulu sampai sekarang. Sebagian ulama sepakat dengan adanya sinonim dalam Al-Qur’an, sedangkan sebagian lainnya menolaknya. Salah satu pasangan kata dalam Al-Qur’an adalah lafadz As-Sakinah dan At-Tuma’ninah. Jika ditinjau dari segia bahasa kedua lafdz ini memiliki makna yang hampir sama yaitu percaya dengan terwujudnya apa yang telah Allah swt janjikan, dengan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya sinonim diantara keduanya. Jika kita melihatnya dalam Al-Qur’an maka kita akan menemukan perbedaannya. Lafadz A-Sakinah dan At-Tuma’ninah mempunyai arti yang berbeda sesuai konteksnya. Lafadz As-Sakinah menunjukkan kepada tempat untuk bertempat tinggal dan cenderung banyak digunakan Al-Qur’an dalam suatu keadaan. Sedangkan lafadz At-Tuma’ninah menunjukkan kepada ketiadaanya ketakutan terhadap menghadapi sesuatu dan cenderung banyak digunakan Al-Qur’an khusus pada jiwa dan hati.
