The basic value of food security is the availability of food stocks and accessibility. Ironically, the increased production of food commodities in Indonesia is not matched with the proper stock management system, so as if Indonesia is experiencing a food crisis in the commodity. Institutional food stock management national scale in Indonesia there are at least two that Bulog and the Warehouse Receipt System. Qur'an as the Muslim holy book always irrelevant to solving the problems of social. To that end, the presence of the Koran to be the solution to provide instructions and guidance of life, one of them about food security problems associated with food stock management. In this paper will discuss how national institutional stock management in Indonesia, and how to contextualise the concept of national food stock management in the perspective of Islam. Kelembagaan manajemen stok pangan skala nasional di Indonesia setidaknya terdapat dua yaitu Bulog dan Sistem Resi Gudang. Alquran sebagai kitab suci umat Islam selalu relevan untuk menjadi problem solving atas permasalahan sosial kemasyarakatan. Untuk itu, kehadiran Alquran menjadi solusi dengan memberikan petunjuk dan pedoman hidup, salah satunya tentang problem ketahanan pangan yang terkait dengan manajemen stok pangan. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas bagaimana kelembagaan manajemen stok nasional di Indonesia, dan bagaimana kontekstualisasi konsep manajemen stok pangan nasional dalam perspektif Islam. Suatu paradigma lahir dari sarana suatu komunikasi ilmiah dengan baik yang memungkinkan komunikasi ekplisit antar sesama secara intesif. Sehingga diperlukan kajian secara empirisme, intusime dan rasionalisme.

Work Motivation in Local Sphere of Sacred Texts. Work motivation is one of important components in human life. Work motivation also benefits to determine planning, withdrawal of labor, selection process, development, work evaluation, compensation, safety, health and career development, relationship of companies with the employees, organizational restructuring and research on human resources. Those reasons become work motivation along with management as a policy maker which can be seen from factors of planning, directing, and supervising. These factors impact on work motivation to born and develop with basic competences which are compulsory for companies. Islam views work motivation as a requirement to worship. Motivasi kerja juga berguna dalam menentukan perencanaan, penarikan tenaga kerja, seleksi, pengembangan, penilaian kerja, kompensasi, keselamatan dan kesehatan serta perencanaan karir, hubungan dalam perusahaan dengan anggotanya, restrukturisasi organisasi dan riset sumber daya manusia. Alasan tersebutlah memotivasi kerja sejalan dengan manajemen sebagai pembuat kebijakan yang secara garis besar dapat dilihat dari unsur manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengawasan. Atas dasar ini, motivasi kerja lahir dan berkembang diiringi kompetensi dasar yang wajib dimiliki oleh setiap insan perusahan, baik level atas sampai bawah. Islam pun memandang motivasi kerja sebagai syarat dan rukun beribadah dengan tidak mengindahkan ketentuan yang mendasarinya.

One of the most significant ways to create a happy family and minimize divorce is premarital education. Indonesia and Malaysia are two countries that have realized it and have regulated it in the regulations of their respective countries. This paper focuses on studying the concept and regulation of premarital education in these two countries. This paper uses a normative juridical approach using library research and comparative law. This study found that premarital education aims to create household happiness to avoid divorce. Indonesia regulates it in the Decree of the Director-General of Islamic Religion by implementing the Office of Religious Affairs or institutions recognized by the Ministry of Religion. Meanwhile, in Malaysia, it differed according to state regulations, such as enactment 11 of 2003 amendment of the Islamic Family Law (Negeri Sembilan) 2003 Part II of Marriage Section 16 concerning Applications for Marriage Truth and carried out by the Malaysian Islamic Progress Office. Premarital education, although both aim to create a family and minimize divorce, in Indonesia, it only provides guidelines, while in Malaysia, it is a mandatory requirement for prospective brides to get married.

This study examines the validity and legality of the standard agreement in the SJ Travel Pass special membership program on flight transportation services, as well as the legal protection for disadvantaged members. This study uses normative legal research on statutory standards. Using library research, the adopted strategy is both statutory and case-based. Reading, evaluating, characterizing, and analyzing library resources was done to generate relevant papers. This study concludes that the SJ Travel Pass standard agreement will be electronic. The contract is void under Article 1320 of the Civil Code and Law 19 of 2016 amending Law 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions because it does not meet the objective requirements of Law 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, namely the inclusion of standard clauses prohibited under Article 18 section (1) letters g and f. The contract is void. Consumer protection compels Sriwijaya to compensate customers without criminal culpability or fines. The Indonesian Consumers Foundation has mediated (non-litigious) disputes. Consumers can fight for their rights by applying to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency or Arbitration Institution, filing a legal case with the District Court, and/or reporting fraud and embezzlement.
