Based on PISA results, Indonesian students' reading scores are ranked 72 out of 77 participating countries. This minimal ability certainly needs to be overcome, one of which is by increasing the competence of teachers in schools. a total of 40 participants from various regions participated in this service activity which came from various levels, namely elementary, junior high, high school, and vocational school. Agenda for providing materials related to AKM and PISA-based learning designs and evaluation of activities. Based on the evaluation, it was seen that the workshop participants showed a good category attitude through being creative, cooperative, and independent. This AKM and PISA-oriented Learning Design Workshop has benefits for both the participants and the service team. Based on the results of the evaluation in terms of audio and video quality, the material presented by the resource persons, the method of presenting the material and the use of the language of the service team, the workshop was carried out well
The purpose of this community service is to improve teachers' understanding of STEAM learning. The problem faced by teachers is the lack of information on how to choose the context of STEAM learning, lack of event of sharing session with teachers who have implemented STEAM to teachers who want to carry out innovative learning. Teachers need training on STEAM based on the evaluation form that has been shared by the team before the STEAM workshop is held. It aims to identify problems, determine problem solutions, and determine the timing of activities. The stage of implementation of activities is carried out in the form of a model of lectures, discussions, and assignments. The material provided includes the definition of STEAM, STEAM social context and followed by sharing sessions by teachers who have implemented STEAM learning in schools. The result of this community service is that teachers can design learning evidenced by STEAM-based learning design tasks that have been collected by 24 teachers in google classroom. Participants' response to the implementation of activities is very good, participants hope that this kind of activity can be re-organized for the future.
Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is one of the goals to be achieved in the 2013 curriculum. One of the tools to measure students' ability in this skills is through HOTS questions. Based on the questionnaire given to mathematics and science teachers throughout Indonesia, the teachers felt the need to give HOTS questions in class and were interested in attending seminars related to this. Based on the results of the questionnaire, a community service program was to improve the ability of Mathematics and Science teachers in Indonesia to make HOTS questions. The purpose of this webinar is to provide intensive information on the design of HOTS-based learning, provide detailed examples of HOTS-based learning and tips for creating or selecting HOTS-based questions that are relevant to students and scientific developments. This activity was carried out virtually by involving 42 mathematics and science teachers in Indonesia. The evaluation data filled in by the participants at the end of the event showed that the activity was going well. Participants agreed that the material presented answered the participants' needs. Participants also felt an increase in their ability to make HOTS questions after attending this webinar.
Survei kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan yang diberikan universitas merupakan salah satu upaya evaluasi dalam rangka menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan terhadap mahasiswa. Kuesioner survey disusun dengan metode Servqual yang meliputi lima dimensi kualitas yaitu Tangibility, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance. Kuesioner yang terbentuk terdiri atas 36 pertanyaan dengan skala liker telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Setelah instrumen digunakan beberapa kali, terdapat mahasiswa yang menyampaikan bahwa pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam kuesioner kebanyakan. Selain itu, sebagian besar mahasiswa memberikan jawaban yang sama untuk semua pertanyaan. Kedua hal ini memunculkan potensi adanya bias dari data survey yang diperoleh. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya perbaikan instrumen yang sudah ada. Perbaikan instrumen dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis faktor. Dataset yang digunakan dalam analisis ini terdiri atas 36 variabel awal dan 400 sampel. Penerapan analisis faktor mereduksi 36 variabel awal ke dalam 5 faktor utama.
