Despite plenty of reports on the preparation of SnS films, it remains challenging to grow SnS microrods films. In this paper, we describe a facile synthesis of the SnS microrods films, utilizing constant potential cathodic electro-deposition method, as well as the investigation of its structure and optical properties. The synthesis involves a mixture of stannous sulfate, EDTA and sodium thiosulfat. Preliminary studies on the growth mechanism indicate that SnS films are preferentially oriented along the (101) plane, which is quite different from the previous report that oriented along the (111) plane. Raman spectra indicate that the microrods films have a high purity.
With the application of 405nm semiconductor laser as a light source, this paper presents the fluorescent characteristics of Hematoporphyrin monomethylether and Hematoporphyrin in the following five solvents: Dimethyl sulfoxide, Dimethylformamide, Tetrahydrofuran, Ethyl acetate and Deionized water. Meanwhile, the absorption spectrums of both above Porphyrins in the five solutions are obtained by halogen lamps light source.
Space optical communication has become a promising application as a real-time and high-speed data rate in the near future. In this paper consider into account the cut off frequency of the photodetector in the space optical communication. We analyze an appropriate quantum dot infrared photodetector for high speed response. The analysis shows PN junction structure photodiode with the wide asdin the absorption window should be designed carefully to achieve both high sensitivity and high speed.
The maintainability of aircraft has a direct relationship with the reliability, availability, security and economy of the airplane and its components. From adopting the new composite material, innovative self-test system and the close cooperation with airlines, airports and airworthiness institutions, the airbus A380 will ensure its better maintainability. This paper intends to discuss the developing and designing direction of the civil aircrafts’ maintainability in expectation of marking some active contribution to the industry of large aircrafts in China.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
