Technical characteristics are an important influencing factor in fuzzy front-end of product innovation design and also an important output of the house of quality. The analysis and decision-making of technical characteristics are conducive to the rational allocation of resources according to their own advantages and the design of products in line with market demand. In view of the multiple objective constraints and internal fuzziness of technical property selection in the house of quality, the traditional methods have great limitations on the decision-making of technical property. Therefore, this paper proposes a multiobjective decision-making method for technical property selection in the house of quality, which aims to calculate and modify the basic importance of technical property. Based on the rough set algorithm, the basic importance of technical characteristics is determined by using the correlation matrix between consumer demand and technical characteristics, and the relative weight of multiple objectives is determined by “least squares.” On this basis, the multiobjective decision-making model of technical characteristic selection is established and calculated. At last, an example of mobile phone product design was used to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the method.
Effective management of public opinion on the doctor-patient relationship network is an important element of maintaining social harmony and stability. In this paper, a new tripartite evolutionary game is proposed, the purpose of which is to examine the behavioral strategies of doctors, governments and netizens in the evolution of public opinion on the doctor-patient relationship network.Secondly, we further propose evolutionary replication dynamics equations in order to study the evolutionary stable strategies of participants. Select Shaanxi "Yulin puerpera fall from a building" as a case study, the applicability of the method was demonstrated and the main factors affecting the behavior of participants were found. Finally, we put forward suggestions on the management and control of public opinion on the doctor-patient relationship network from the four perspectives of doctors, government, media, and netizens. Research shows that the development of public opinion on the doctor-patient relationship network is the result of the joint action of multiple participants.
Considering the low-carbon and closed-loop supply chain composed of manufacturers and retailers, this paper constructs four game models in which manufacturers non-participate/participate in cooperative recovery under government subsidies. They analyze the impact of government subsidies on wholesale price, retail price, recovery rate and member profit under different recovery situations, and solve the optimal recovery decision and government subsidy decision. The research shows that: (1) the recovery rate is negatively correlated with the wholesale price, and positively correlated with government subsidies, consumers' low-carbon preference and low-carbon level. (2) Government subsidies play a positive role in the recovery decision-making of closed-loop supply chain members. When the government provides the same subsidy price to the recovery subject, manufacturers prefer to entrust retailers for recovery, and manufacturers' participation in cooperative recovery mode is conducive to improving the product recovery rate of closed-loop supply chain. (3) When the government subsidized price is lower, the manufacturer's task sharing and cooperative recovery is more beneficial to its own recovery rate and profit; On the contrary, cost sharing and cooperative recovery are more beneficial to their own recovery rate and profits.
