Rapidly changing user requirements, improving of quality of life or increased safety at work are allarguments for introducing flexible automation that replaces strenuous or dangerous work. Industrial robots with adaptive directing are now deployed to most industries due to their large range of uses. Theirmain addition for manufacturing is to eliminate downtime of complete operating and manipulating production process, to make easier all particular operation in accordance with ergonomics. The paper describescomparing between conventional industrial robot and collaborative robot.

The application of individual components in the milling machine design must be monitored because of the mechanical load affecting individual parts. For this reason, defined and monitored parameters within the design include, for example, individual fixed elements, the acting forces and the material properties of individual parts. In fact, the material properties are one of the main criteria included in the control calculations and numerical simulations that were developed to verify the proposed structure.
The EMCO Concept Turn 105 CNC lathe is part of the iCIM-3000 production system. Currently, only a narrow range of products is processed, which is caused by the small clamping range of the 3-jaw pneumatic chuck marked KFD 85/3. Based on the requirement to expand or change the range of manufactured components, new interchangeable jaws will be designed to clamp more diameters despite a small clamping range. The design of the replaceable jaws for the pneumatic chuck is based on the determination of the shapes and dimensions of the components produced on the lathe, as well as on the shape, dimensions and characteristics of the pneumatic chuck.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
