ABSTRACTThis research seeks to identify the equilibrium point in bi-matrix games in indicators of the contingency structure and organizational slack in BRICS healthcare companies. The study was carry out with a sample of 45 health companies belonging to the countries that make up the BRICS group, in the period 2011-2013. In the estimation of gains between the indicators, the standardized multiple linear regression parameters were use. The results showed the existence of at least one equilibrium point for the years analyzed, especially in the models two equilibrium points were propose for 2011, 2012 and 2013. It is highlighted that, in the proposed model, the hypothesis was confirmed existence of at least one equilibrium point. Thus, it was possible to satisfy the objective of the research that it is possible to attend to both the aspects of organizational slack and the aspects of contingency structure when the indicators are taken as basic information.
