Wlazło Marcin, Precarity and disability -about the temporariness and uncertainty of the education, rehabilitation, work and lifeThe article concerns the links between precarity and disability as the social phenomenons connected with the theoretical problems of exclusion and laws marginality as well as the wider context of the existencial temporariness and uncertainty. There is a clear semantic identity between precarity and disability. The verb to care is the root of the English word precarity and the noun care is present in Polish phrase child of special care which means exactly the same as child with special needs or child with disability. There were given the examples of positive realization of normalization of people with disabilities in the conditions of the neoliberal economy.

Wyrastaj¹c z szeroku ujêtego modelu spo³ecznego, kulturowe ujêcie niepe³nosprawnooeci przyjê³o na pocz¹tku bie¿¹cego stulecia formê crip studies, rozwij¹cych dotychczasowe analizy w kierunku okreoelenia zró¿nicowanej to¿samooeci osób z nie-pe³nosprawnooeci¹. Powrót do kalectwa jest na gruncie tej koncepcji wyrazem niezgody na trwanie wykluczaj¹cych praktyk spo³ecznych, które dotycz¹ zarówno relacji miêdzy normalnooeci¹ a kalectwem, jak i stosunków w niejednorodnej spo³ecznooeci osób z niepe³nosprawnooeci¹. Radykalnooeae tego podejoecia znajduje swoj¹ intersuj¹c¹ realizacjê w niektórych wspó³czesnych produkacjach filmowych, prezentuj¹cych bohaterów z niepe³nosprawnooeci¹ zgodnie z wywrotow¹ ide¹ crip studies, a wiêc sprzeciwu wobec dominacji ujednoliconych standardów wygl¹du i sprawnooeci cz³owieka z równoleg³ym ukazaniem nieoczywistych walorów kalectwa. S³owa kluczowe: niepe³nosprawnooeae, crip studies, disability studies, sztuka filmowa (Fully)abled have no chances or crip studies in contemporary cinema movies The presence of people with disabilities in the artistic space, including movie art, is related to the researches and analysis conducted on the basis of the disability studies and devoted to the cultural model of disability. Growing from the wider social model, the cultural approach to disability at the beginning of the present century transformed into crip studies, which elaborated previous analysis into direction of defining the diverse identity of people with disabilities. On the basis of this concept the return to cripple is an expression of disagreement over the duration of exclusionary social practices that concern both the relationship between normality and disability, as well as the relations in the heterogeneous community of people with disabilities. The radicality of this approach finds its interesting implementation in some contemporary cinema movies, presenting characters with disabilities in accordance with the subversive idea of crip studies, and thus opposition to the dominance of unified standards of human appearance and ability with parallel presentation of non-obvious advantages of being the cripple.

The economic situation of people with disabilities and their families is usually associated with negative effects of neoliberalism, or causing and strengthening social inequality and excluding people unattractive on the market. In this context, the relationship between technological progress, economic growth and diagnostic and therapeutic services are also analysed. The article presents various aspects of the economic discourse focused on disability. The analysis is based on examples that consolidate the traditional image of disability as a factor affecting low economic status, through a description of the market of services and goods for people with disabilities, to examples of economic success achieved by people with disabilities.

Coraz czêoeciej pojawiaj¹ siê teksty, które ³¹cz¹ tematykê starooeci z pytaniami o poziom funkcjonowania cz³owieka w podesz³ym wieku. Jakooeae ¿ycia w starooeci to z jednej strony kwestia biologiczna (stanu psychofizycznego), z drugiejto kwestia spo³eczna (osamotnienia, wsparcia, opieki, oerodków do ¿ycia). Tematyka starooeci bywa to¿sama z t¹ pooewiêcon¹ niepe³nosprawnooeci, zw³aszcza, gdy dotyczy analiz zwi¹zanych z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii w poprawianiu jakooeci funkcjonowania osób z nie-pe³no-sprawnooeci¹ i/lub w póŸnej starooeci. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiona zosta³a feministyczna teoria przeciêae (intersekcjonalnooeae) jako kluczowa perspektywa badawcza w obrêbie interdyscyplinarnych studiów nad niepe³nosprawnooeci¹ (disability studies) a zarazem wa¿na rama teoretyczna medialnego dyskursu niepe³nosprawnooeci i starooeci. Na bazie wskazanych obszarów przeciêae niepe³nosprawnooeci i starooeci przeprowadzona zosta³a przyk³adowa analiza ich dyskursu w wybranych tekstach prasowych.S³owa kluczowe: niepe³nosprawnooeae, starooeae, intersekcjonalnooeae, dyskurs prasowy, analiza dyskursu, ablizm, ageizmThe intersectional dimension of Polish press discourse of the disability and old age Media discourse of disability and old age obliged not only to reflection on the discourse of socialy important phonomenons and topics, but also on the reasons and conseqences of their mutual apperance in journalistic materials. There are more and more texts in which the old age topic appears together with the questions about the functioning level of the elderly people. The quality of life in an old age is -on the one hand -the biological matter (of the psychophysical state), but -on the other hand -the social matter (of the solitude, support, care, livelihood). The themes of the old age and disability are sometimes identical, particulary when they concern the usament of modern technologies in the improwment of the quality of life of people with disabilities or/and in the late old age. The intersectional feminism was presented in the article as the key research perspective in the area of the interdisciplinary disability studies and, at the same time, as the important theoretical frame of the disability and old age media discourse. The example of the disability and old age discourse in the selected press texts was based on the areas of the disability and old age intersection indicated in the article.
Education and rehabilitation of people with disabilities are included in the mainstream of social life as a realization of a particular model accounting for both human beings and human relationships. The emplacement of disability and the tasks of special education in the emancipatory paradigm implies acceptance of the principles derived from the assumptions of liberalism as a concept explaining the essence of human freedom. At the same time the emancipatory trend in the sciences of education has clearly sociopolitical nature, which essence is the opposition to ideological and economic domination and exclusion of certain social groups. To a large extent it is the opposition to the rules of the neoliberal economy, treated as a source of social and economic crisis.
