У статті визначено теоретичні особливості страдчанської печери, їхню цінність для туристів та паломників. Також подано аналіз найбільших печер України. Значну увагу приділено саме Страдчанській печері для паломників, яка складається з вхідної галереї, в якій влаштована каплиця. Систематизовано історичні відомості про печеру на території Яворівського району. Проаналізовано шляхи залучення історії чернецтва у сфері туризму. Виділено основні значення Страдчанської гори, а саме те, що гора -хронологічно найдавніша відома християнська святиня всієї Галичини; серед місцевої людності святиня відома передусім завдяки хресній дорозі та відпустам у Церкві Пресвятої Богородиці.Охарактеризовано кількість місць для туристів, паломництва по Україні, саме з ознайомленням печер. Описано основні різновиди релігійного туризму як екскурсійно-пізнавальний та паломницький напрям. Goal. The purpose of the paper is to provide scientific substantiation of theoretical and practical recommendations for the development of gastronomic tourism, using the potential of the restaurant industry. Methodology: research is made up analysis and systematization and synthesis. The basic objects of gastronomic tourism are determined, the potential of restaurant business as a tourist destination is researched. Results: The concept of "restaurant tour", perspectives of development of domestic gastronomic tourism and restaurant business as an object of tourist trip in Lviv is substantiated. The scientific-theoretical approaches to the definition of the essence and objects of gastronomic tourism are revealed; - the potential and opportunities of the sphere of restaurant business in the development of modern tourist infrastructure, including through the development of gastronomic tourism; - measures of development of the domestic restaurant business as a perspective direction of gastronomic tourism and an independent object of tourist trips are offered. Goal. The purpose of the article is to analyze the evolution and to highlight the main theoretical and methodological concepts of the category "hospitality" as a multifaceted socio-economic phenomenon, the subject of interdisciplinary study, primarily in the system of social and geographical knowledge. Method. The study uses a set of methods: literary, historical, linguistic, method of analysis of Internet sites, as well as methods for synthesis and analysis of the collected material. Results. The principles of hospitality concepts - moral and commercial and commercial - are specified, the semantics of the term "hospitality" are specified, the significance of religious traditions, customary law, state legal norms at the stage of formation of the hospitality establishment is analyzed.
