Asesmen kebutuhan siswa adalah dasar perencanaan program bimbingan konseling. Rencana Pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan Konseling (RPLBK), bertujuan menjadi panduan bagi guru BK dalam memberikan layanan kepada siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian empiris dengan wawancara terhadap 6 guru BK dan 2 kepala sekolah di SMA Marsudirini Jakarta Timur dan SMA Bhaktyarsa – Maumere. Kenyataan dilapangan menunjukkan, RPLBK tidak dibuat berdasarkan asesmen kebutuhan siswa, RPLBK yang sebagai pelengkap administrasi BK untuk penilaian dinas terkait. Ketidakmampuan guru BK membuat RPLBK berdasarkan asesmen menjadi kendala sehingga topik pemberian layanan bimbingan hanya berdasarkan masalah apa yang dihadapi siswa saat bertemu guru BK. Keterbatasan tenaga guru BK menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan layanan BK di SMA. Sebagai saran, perlu dilakukan supervisi untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru BK khususnya kinerja menyusun RPLBK berdasarkan asesmen kebutuhan siswa.
Commitment is a promise or attachment to a particular object or subject and is related to the personal social aspect. In the context of religious life, the commitment of a religious person or who chooses to live as nun is a pledge of vows; purity, obedience and poverty. This research aims to see life commitment deepen in the perspective of organizational commitment according to Meyer and Allen. Respondents in this study were 14 junior sisters, those who were already in the relationship but still in formal assistance by formators or counselors. Qualitative research was used as a methode in this research. Of the three models of organizational commitment, affective commitment is a commitment that is in line with the commitment of religious life. The findings show that life commitment of the sisters, in the perspective of organizational commitment, is still in the process of growth towards affective commitment. The respondents need to be accompanied in order to grow towards affective commitment or commitment to religious life
The ministry work in the Church presupposes the involvement of all the faithful in the liturgy of the Church. Women have an important role in the Church’s liturgy, namely lectors and acolytes. This article discusses the role of women in the liturgy in the Church in Flores - NTT which is dominated by patriarchal culture. This study uses a qualitative phenomenology method to explore the meaningfulness of the theme from the women’s perspective. There were 21 respondents consisting of women who work as lecturers and IFTK Ledalero students. The result of the study show that gender bias due to the influence of patriarchal culture does not prevent women from participating in the Church’s liturgy. Even though they do not have a legal umbrella yet, the Church in Indonesia especially in Flores, has open up opportunity for women to be involved in the liturgy. Pope Francis' action to amend the canons of canon 230 § 1, is an act of respect for women, specifically the role of women in the liturgy of the Church. Even though the pope's actions can be considered too late for the context of the Church in Indonesia, the impact of this decision has made the women of NTT, especially in Flores, who are members of the Church, increasingly believe in the struggle to present a better world from the reality of male domination in cultural and social life. church today that feels established and comfortable
Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji berbagai artikel yang menyelidiki pengaruh orang tua terhadap pemilihan karier anak berdasarkan teori Anne Roe. Perkembangan karier anak dimulai dari dalam keluarga. Penelitian-penelitian yang telah dibuat membuktikan bahwa ada kaitan yang sangat erat antara pengaruh orang tua terhadap pemilihan karier anak sebagaimana dikemukakan oleh Anne Roe dalam Teori Pemilihan Karier. Orang tua memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan karier anak. Berbagai pengaruh seperti pola asuh, relasi orang tua dengan anak, pekerjaan orang tua, tingkat sosio ekonomi keluarga, membawa dampak pada pemilihan karier anak. Melihat besarnya pengaruh orang tua tersebut, maka sekolah pada tempatnya membangun kerja sama dengan orang tua agar bantuan terhadap anak dalam pemilihan karier lebih maksimal.
