This paper presents a new context in the logistic field of organizations. This concept emerged due to the expansion of the application of the original concept proposed by the area of software development, in which the goal was to enable the exchange of information between different systems in such a way that no extra effort was needed. Therefore, this area of Information Technology (IT) is constituted by the standardization of programming language, commands, data storage format, among others. Eventually, principles that were already quite widespread on the sphere of IT gradually became used in different areas, until? started being used amongst the business field. Thus, in order to make corporate processes interoperable, it has contributed to approach and facilitate the communication between companies based on some of the principles of the software field, such as standardization, form of communication, frequency of orders…etc. On the logistic field, which actually connects industrial and commercial companies through the flux of material and related information, the inoperability has by goal help on the resolution of problems regarding received and sent information management, fulfilling more rapidly the demands and opportunities of the market. In this context, we intend to define the part of interoperability on organizational competitiveness.Keywords: interoperability, organizational competitiveness, Information Technology.
Abstract
INTRODUCTION
Bearing in mind that the improvement of sustainable logistics activities tend to reduce social, environmental and economic impacts, models for measuring the level of sustainability as a support tool in decision making are increasingly relevant to the process of identifying companies/departments, which need sustainable best practice in order to mitigate costs or increase profit. The objective of the research is to analyze the performance of sustainability logistics in departments of three companies in the electronic segment. As a methodology to develop the research, a sustainable analysis is carried out using a Fuzzy inferences model, in order to consolidate an expert agent, who is able to measure or indicate the level of sustainability performance in the Human Resources (HR) departments. Patrimony and Information Technology (IT), the data set for analysis and inference of the input and output variables are in line with the characteristics of activities and practices performed in each department. As a result, it was possible to identify an influence of the “Priority” variable as a function of “Performance”, in addition, company 1 in the electronic segment presented a performance of 87.6 for HR, 88.1 for IT and 65.5 for Equity with the level of “Performance” in Sustainability.
Com a intenção de ampliar a produção de energia limpa e sustentável, o Brasil adotou várias estratégias para incentivar a geração de energia renovável. Esta pesquisa, tem como objetivo analisar as políticas governamentais de incentivos a geração de energia por meio de fontes renováveis, destacando suas principais barreiras. Investigamos o potencial de operação de um sistema híbrido (eólica_com_aerofólios_cabeados/solar fotovoltaico/biogás/bateria) em uma comunidade isolada ou área rural nas cidades de Boa Vista (RR) e Alta Floresta (MT). Para analisar a irradiação solar, foi utilizado o banco de dados OpenEI-SWERA, para analisar a velocidade do vento, utilizou-se o modelo logarítmico de vento usando uma série temporal disponíveis no banco de dados de radiossonda NOAA/ESRL. Para o aproveitamento energético do biogás, três cenários foram analisados: lagoa anaeróbica aberta, lagoa anaeróbica coberta com queimador e um sistema biodigestor lagoa anaeróbica coberta com co-gerador e queimador. Para a análise financeira foram utilizados os indicadores mais importantes, a taxa interna de retorno, payback e o Custo Nivelado de Energia. Constatou-se que existem barreiras a implantação das energias renováveis no país, destacando-se barreiras financeiras, técnica e social. Tanto em Boa Vista quanto em Alta Floresta, os sistemas eólico e fotovoltaico são mais vantajosos. O sistema de biogás não apresenta atratividade ao desenvolvimento e não há programas de incentivos e financiamento para este sistema. O sistema híbrido eólico/solar/bateria, apresentam maior capacidade de geração, apresentando uma boa alternativa para sistemas isolados.
